About
Squirrel Run Golf Club offers some of the most scenic golf on the South Shore of Boston. The course is an executive layout that is gentle enough for beginners and even juniors to tackle with confidence. There are no par 5s on the golf course, most of the holes are under 140 yards. Even though you may not need distance, a strong short game will take you far on this course. Rough borders the fairways and there are a few strategically placed bunkers framing the greensides. Squirrel Run Golf Club is a very forgiving golf course overall and it may not be the most formidable test but there are a few tricky holes, like the par-3 13th. This is the golf course's signature hole that plays from an elevated tee over water to a green that slopes from back to front, and if that wasn't enough, the entire hole is at the mercy of the prevailing winds.

Definitely will be back
First time on Squirrel Run after doing Village Links a few times. Both are perfectly manicured and you can’t beat the hot deal tee times. Had a great day, even in the rain! Hopefully it’s a short winter and we can get back out there again soon!
Perfect
Have played this course several times and it continues to excite me to return. Everything is just great: the greens, tee boxes, layout and staff, my only concern is at times the slow course of play. It is still highly recommended.
Rainy weather
Having traveled 30 miles to play this course from our location where it was raining and undecided to play under these conditions, my friend and I ventured out and played. It turned out for the weather here to be cloudy and no rain however the grounds were very wet. My friend had his best game ever shooting a 70 with 7 pars plus a birdie But I wasn’t as fortunate. Still enjoyed laying this course very well maintained and very friendly staff. Looking forward to my next play.
Nice but very short
Short executive course with 3 par fours holes. 310,260,& 220. Great to work on your short game.

Well maintained. Even though the corse was busy the pace was good. Friendly staff.
Great par three
This course is a great par three. Course conditions are always superior despite the volume of players. Owners and staff could not be more gracious and friendly!
Short senior friendly but a good time still had to use a driver on a few holes
