Difficult, heavily wooded coarse. Greens extremely fast.
Very challenging coarse. Heavily wooded. Easy to lose ball if you don't hit straight. Greens were extremely fast, making putting difficult for novices. Tried to purchase something from the club house store after my round but couldn't find any employees around.
Great Old track; Fabulous greens and challenging for a short track.
The Golf Now price was NO DISCOUNT vs the normal rack price; In fact, with the surcharge, it is more; Suggest just booking directly, as there were no challenges to get tee times.
A lot of up hill shots. All of the greens are well guarded with sand traps.
Had a great time on the course. Well maintained with a lot of older trees lining the fairways. Greens are in good shape and are very fast to putt on.
Got a good price by booking online.
Only problem we had was a group in front of us on the front 9 were very slow and we had to wait on every shot. They only 9 played holes and when we made the turn every thing opened up.
Excellent afternoon of golf.
For the average hacker and duffer this course is a dream.
While it challenge's the amateur, it brings out the best in the
novice. The unexpected is just over the next tee box.
Greens are fast, but true to the read and the fairways are very well maintained. The tee boxes are well marked and easy to find.
You can tell that this has been a private course for many years. They have a beautiful lounge and banquet facility.
The staff was quit kind and courteous. However the most pleasant surprise was that they deliver. If you would like a beverage or a snack anywhere on the course, all you have to do is call the club house. See you on thirteen for diner.
What an incredible course
Really an incredible bargain and course. Great condition maintained and manicured beautifully. Greens in great shape rolled fast. Surprised with amount of play that there was no cart girl. Incredible deal on Golf Now in an area with $100 plus courses was just as nice if not nicer.

We were greeted at the curb, set up in carts and were off to the first tee in 5 minutes. No backup on the course. Course in fantastic shape especially the greens. Loved every minute of it!

Very nicely maintained and playable course. Greens run true and the layout is not punishing. Used to be one of best kept secrets for upnorth michigan golf ~ unfortunately the secret seems to be out!

The course was in excellent condition as usual. This course could use some club cleaners placed at least on the par 3s.
Pristine Golf Course
I have played Gaylord CC a number of times, and every time I have, the course has been in fantastic shape. The greens are fast by most Northern Michigan standards, but are receptive, and well kept up. I would recommend playing a round here to all in the Gaylord area.
