About
Eldorado, located just south of Cadillac, has built a reputation as one of the best golf values in the Great Lakes area. Conveniently situated at the US-131 and M-115 interchange, the course has a scenic northern Michigan setting that is easily accessible. The championship layout sprawls across rolling hills laced with flowering wetland areas. The golf course features elevated tees and generous green complexes with subtle but tricky undulations. Most of the greens are sloped back to front. The opening nine is more forgiving the back. There aren't as many forced carries and you won't be as severely penalized for missing the fairway. Eldorado's final hole is one of the toughest. This par 2 requires a long and accurate tee shot and the approach across a sizeable water hazard leaves little room for error.

Golfer Reviews
Bridges are in poor condition, but you already know that!
Course and Staff were great. The wood path ways over water and marsh were very scary
Great Visit
Went during mid week, morning, on a hot rate no one around got done in just over 3 hours. Course condition was great, only issue was #16 green being way faster then the rest. Very big fairways and landing areas. Played the power tees but still didn't think overly long, I only average about 230 off the tee. Very playable course for all, will be back to play again.
Great day of golf
Had heard solid reviews of Eldorado and they were spot on. Checked all the boxes! Cant wait to get back to Cadillac and play it again!
Very nice layout
Fun and challanging course. Course was in excellent condition and green rolled perfectly. I will come back and play again.
Gorgeous
The course was in fabulous shape. The fall colors added to the beauty…. BUT beware… the greens are fast with tons of break and slope.
For example, I think it was #10. I was off the green left and chipped 10 feet left of the cup… it ended up 40 ft right of the hole.
Exceptional staff greeted me with friendliness and extremely attentive.
Had a great day at this course! Tough course!! The staff really made for an enjoyable fall day of golfing. Beautiful facility
Nice course but overpriced
Overall the course is very nice. $90 per round is a bit excessive in my opinion compared to other courses. Our 18 hole round turned into a 5.5 hour round which was very frustrating. Waiting on every tee box for 10-15 mins. Course is a bit narrow and holes are very close to each other.
Great course in Cadillac
Two friends played and the pace of play was not a problem. Great bar overlooking the course.
