About
Eldorado, located just south of Cadillac, has built a reputation as one of the best golf values in the Great Lakes area. Conveniently situated at the US-131 and M-115 interchange, the course has a scenic northern Michigan setting that is easily accessible. The championship layout sprawls across rolling hills laced with flowering wetland areas. The golf course features elevated tees and generous green complexes with subtle but tricky undulations. Most of the greens are sloped back to front. The opening nine is more forgiving the back. There aren't as many forced carries and you won't be as severely penalized for missing the fairway. Eldorado's final hole is one of the toughest. This par 2 requires a long and accurate tee shot and the approach across a sizeable water hazard leaves little room for error.

Cadillac of a course in Cadillac.
Fun layout and great staff. Don’t skip the restaurant food was great.
Nice but was hoping for better.
Course was nice, but was expecting a better layout and had some weeds in the rough. Overall nice place ro play.
Course is in very good condition. The greens are a little bit slower than usual due to recent rain.best golf course in the area

Course. Very fun layout challenging if you play the back tees definitely bring a few extra balls with you. Greens were perfect conditions. Staff was very nice
Expressway Championship Golf
The visual from US 31 turns your eye and begs the question i- is that golf course is as good as it looks ? Yes it is ! The layout and conditions back the visual up . Staff is professional and a restaurant with a course view and a lunch that is worth just stopping for without playing. But you have to do both of course. The layout will bring you back always. Fairway and greens are in 4plus condition. I would like to see golfers take care of there ball marks and keep the greens pristine as they should be. Please bring a ranger out and keep the golf groups moving though. Pace of play yesterday was determined by scramble groups talking more about their performance than playing and teeing off. This place though is a championship GC. I invite the staff and management to maintain this impression.
Golf the way it is supposed to be.
Wonderful course! Tough and challenging! Great condition! We stop in and play this course a couple of times every year when we come up from Florida. Well worth the money and totally enjoyable experience. The hot dogs and brats are also worth stopping for at the turn. We will be back next year and every year! Must play!
Challenging yet playable
Was very this morning because it rained all weekend yet the course was in almost immaculate condition. A lot of marsh land you can loose balls in if you aren’t long enough or accurate enough. But with 5 boxes to choose from it is great for any level. Staff was very nice and let us go
Out earlier than my tee time. Will be playing many times again

Only reason I gave a 3 star on off course amenities is because I didnt use any
