DJ

Fairways look like they haven’t seen water since 1995. They pushed everyone off the other 18 for a golf outing so the course was insanely slow. 2 hours for 5 holes at the start…

DO NOT PLAY HERR

By far the worse conditioned course I have ever played...

They GolfNow gave me a tee time but failed to mention that there were two (2) (yes 2) outings on one course.

They told me to run in front of a foursome.

If that wasnt bad enough, the fairways were DEAD and not even playable due to the patches of dirt all over the place.

The greens were worse, dead / dead / dead... Marbled dead patches all over the place effecting every putt. Horrible!!!

I mentioned it to the older cart-wrangler gentleman at the end and he said "don't even ask, ownership doesn't care & they don't even have an official grounds keeper"

It's a shame because it used to be decent run. Not anymore!!!

Dead-Dead-Dead

Course needs water. Dead fairways, dead greens and dead tees. Do not pay full price for this course.

Avoid at all costs!

The old oaks course is in horrific shape. Half the course is burnt, the other half the grass is gone and it’s just dirt. If you don’t heed my warning bring a hammer to get your tees in the dry tee boxes. It’s criminal that they’re charging $45 to play this course.

Just awful

The grass is in awful condition. Half grass/half dirt. Outrageous price for a poorly maintained facility.

Lots of rock hard dead grass.

Needs lots of water. Wide open fairways make shanks easy to find. Greens were soaked until noon. Ground was dead.

Awful course conditions

I used to play on a league here about 10 years ago and the course was always well kept/maintained. How things have changed. I don’t know what happened or how it happened but there wasn’t a single well - manicured fairway or green on the course. To say it was patchy would be an understatement. Utterly destroyed. Will not be playing here again. I wouldn’t pay $20 for a round of golf here, let alone $45 (old oaks) and $60 (marsh oaks). Terribly disappointed.

Marsh

Played this course few times last year however it’s really bad conditions. Fairways have many dry area/no grass and most of the times can’t even figure if it is fairway. Greens conditions bad too.

Marsh is twice as good as the Oaks

There’s a fungus or dried out areas all over the greens. Watering has obviously not been added to their schedule.

Terrible course conditions. Greens, fairways in poor condition.

It’s hard going to courses like this for the money they charge you. I found most of the greens were very bad shape. They fairway’s worst. Not worth you time and money. Never again!

Worst public course in South East Michigan.

Absolute $#!& hole! Even at 10 dollars it would be a rip off to play this course. The owners should be ashamed
