Worst fairways I've been on..Alot of bad shots..Old Oaks
Nice course but Old Oaks has bad rough ground for golf shots . If you like to bounce up and down all day get a good chiropractor. Cart girls are great good service. No water in golf cleaners so bring a wet towel..No water to drink either. Hard pan shots around are common.
Still Needs some TLC
The course still needs some TLC especially the 7th. fairway.
Way better than Old Oaks
The course was a little wet as often is, but it is a really nice layout. The greens are large enough and fair. Definitely there are worse options that cost more
Awful
Awful conditions on Old Oaks...golf carts are equally bad or worse if that is possible. The carts get beat up because the golf cart paths and course conditions are terrible.
Over booked
Igt was so overbooked that we had to park in the mud a mile away because there were no more parking spots. Then it was about 20 minutes after our scheduled tee time before we even got a cart. It took over 7 hours to play 18 holes. I’d find somewhere else to go.
Very Dissapointede
Yes, it was a great weather and early in the season. The courses were packed. There were not enough carts to go around. We had to hold tee times until we got carts.
No one to start the first tee time, so everyone went off when ever they were ready, causing delays of two to three groups waiting on EVERY hole. This was a six hour round.
The condition of the greens was obviously the first of the season greens. Twenty plus divots, and not cut.
The rangers did nothing to help with pace of play but picked up cans.
The cart girl kept driving into you as you were hitting.
Professional training is needed. Save your money.
Marsh was horrible
Old Oaks greens were dry and fast. Marsh fairways were absolute trash. Shame, as it's always been a nice course. I knkwcits early in. The season, but wow.... the ruts in the fairways were unreal.
