Cape Royal
The staff was fabulous. The course was in poor condition, especially for the price charged.
Nice track
Well run golf facilitie enjoy our round very much. Would play there everyday
Honest artisan course
Enjoyable 18 holes on resort layout course. Decent challenge off blues, would be modest off yellows/white. Plenty of water and bunkers to keep you honest. Greens in good nick.
Cape
Good layout, greens in good shape, tee boxes good the fairways were in fair shape but narrow and rough was sparse
Hot and Dry
Greens were bumpy and difficult to find/fix ball marks. course layout was well marked and water hazards were properly red staked. OK value at $90 but $120 would not go back.
It’s ok.
The outside operation man Chris is a good dude, teated us well. Pace was really slow. 5 hours. We paid $75 for a 2pm tee time, nice folks but wouldn’t play again at that price point.
Typical FL Conditions
Nice course, a few challenging holes,. Greens were nice, one the small side.
This goes to most FL courses, fairways very average and roughs poor. At $120 a round disappointing.
Cape Royal
Enjoyed my round at Cape Royal yesterday. It wasn’t very busy so the starter let me and another single go out early. The greens and tee boxes were in excellent shape. The fairways were also pretty good but were very narrow and outside the fairways the rough was the thin widely grass. I would play it again but cant say $120 round was priced right. $75 for this course would have been more like it but this time of year the courses in Florida seem to suck whatever they can out of you.
Course needs some TLC
There are a few challenging holes but for the most part a fairly simple course. You could use a little bit of help like maybe some water on the fairways etc. Driving range is so so. The people there are very friendly though. So if you're looking for a fairly inexpensive course to play in Cape Coral, this place should work fine for yoy
Course was in great condition, particularly the greens which were fast and true. If only the starter didn't have to be such a jerk, the day would have been perfect. in my opinion, best value in Cape Coral.
Cape royal
Very solid course, fast greens, open fairways, tons of water.
Lots of shorter par 4’s and 5’s that with decent tee shots can allow you to score easier.
A good executive course
I am new to the Ft. Myers area and found this fun executive course on GolfNow. I enjoyed the pace of play, how well maintained the course was, and the staff from check in to cart return. All in all, a good golf experience.
