Palms at Palm-Aire Country Club
About
The Palms Golf Course is a tract that locals and visitors alike just love to play. Originally designed by William Mitchell in 1962, the Palms was completely renovated by Karl Litton and Lorie Viola in 1996.
The accommodating fairways make it easier to hit your tee shots in play. Once on the 'dance floor', the Bermuda greens roll true and quick.
The Palms Course has a number of picturesque water hazards. As its name would indicate, the Palms features lovely native Palm trees throughout the course.
It is most definitely a true Florida golf course and one, which everybody should put on their 'must play' list .

A nice course to play
The pace of play was good.
The greens are in good shape.
We had a nice day of golf playing there.
Good day
Average conditions for the area - tee boxes rough, fairways have bare spots but can find grass close by. Greens and traps in nice shape. Staff very cooperative.
Great place to work on your irons (par 64 with a few short par 4's and 1 par 5)
The starter was pretty good, and I met one of green maintenance guys (Shawn) that was super friendly, very professional and took great pride in hills work!
A ton of work going on with most of the cart paths
First time
This was my first time playing of the Palm Aire courses. The palms was good workers were fine and pointed me in the right direction. The greens were excellent rolled well and finding a ball mark was difficult. The price was good and I would play it again.
Chicago
Pace was very slow first 6 holes but played through the group in front of us at 7. Good after that.
Decent course
The layout is pretty good and the greens were in very good shape. The fairways and rough were a little spotty, but if you rolled it over on the fairway you could find a spot of grass easily.
