Fairways, bunkers , landing areas and fringe wear great. Then you hit ball on green and all you see is divot holes. That is the only thing disappointed. If I had paid morning rates I would have been highly disappointed

best value near Charlotte. Only downside was pace of play but that was not the courses fault. Starter apologized several times and spoke to the group ahead us.

This course was a tremendous value - we played in less than 4 hours, conditions were great. The greens rolled true and were in very good condition considering time of year. Loved it!!!

Heat index on the front nine reached 112. Aside from the weather, the golf course was in great great condition. The greens were soft and a little on the slow side but they all rolled true and the speed was very consistent. In my opinion smart greens keepers are not going to cut their greens too short for fear of burning them up in this heat.

Overall, this course has consistently delivered outstanding conditions over the years. You can always count on a great day

Fantastic course, staff and experience. Highly recommend. Pace of play was the best I have ever played on a Sat am round with a few foursomes ahead of us on the course. Finished our 4 person group right on 4 hours.

I play all around the southeast and this course hands down is the best value you can find. A superior experience compared to those overpriced Number Courses to the south.

This course is one of the best in the area. Always recommend it.

However, it's members and guests are not taking care of the greens. Ball marks are left unattended to EVERYWHERE. I bet I fixed 4 per hole and it hardly put a dent in the problem.

These greens roll well and they need to be taken care of by the people who play it.

Still a great course. Hope no permanent damage comes to the greens.

Oak Valley is in the best shape of the Advance courses. I've played them all recently & OV was best all around. Greens roll nice & look nice. Great looking course. Will be back soon.

Course was in excellent shape. Well worth the $49 weekend green fee. Staff was courteous and friendly. The Marshall was present on both nines and the drink cart was available. As a foursome we played in 4 hours. They only complaint would be the greens left a ball mark but didn’t hold. Your mall would roll out 5-10 yards every time. I’ll definitely be back to play again

Conditions are great greens rolling good just a fun course all around

The courses was nice, I would have given them a better review but the customer service has to be factored in. We played at a very good pace of play finished in 4 hours. Called to inquire about a lost headcover and the “gentleman” LC (not sure of the name)hung up on me. I Asked if he could check with the cart peopl and I would call back later before I drove the hour and 10 minutes to get it. He starts reprimanding me about my responsibilities and hung up on me. WOW!! I don’t care how nice your course maybe your customer service should be close or on par.

Beautifully scenic course offers a challenge while not making you feel defeated would definitely play again

A gem I did not know existed. Course is a great lay out. In the wet it will play long. Wow don’t miss this one
