Got a great price on Golf Now. Noon tee time. Pro shop said I was paired up with two other guys, great, as my partner had to bail. Started on #10, which I am not fond of, but whatever. Get to tee, I am paired with a young kid, early 20's? , only played for 4 months. OK, we all gotta start somewhere. He was with his grandmother, who was not playing. Kid hit pretty good from the senior tees, I played whites. I am encouraging his shots, crickets from him on mine.... meanwhile, grandmother, as sweet as she was, is filming everything, got to be pretty distracting. This was compounded by the pace of play. Waiting 5-7 minutes on the box, fairway and approach shots totally sucks. CF, why do you send groups out 8 minutes apart? That's crazy. Especially, when everyone playing is at least 65 and older. At the turn, got water, went to #1, waited, waited....kids a no show. OK, I'm solo, lets go. Next two holes, both GIR, par, par. Then we get backed up again, one guy from the threesome in front bailed to due pace, so they asked me to join. OK! On #4, 15 feet away, they are talking away on my approach shot from 135, skull. Ugh. The round went downhill from there except for my driver, long and straight. Once in the fairway though, train wreck. Course ( albeit a lot of uneven lies) and staff were great!! I'll be back. I never write reviews either.

Due to many hours of rain the day before, conditions were cart-path-only therefore we had to cancel. More rain was also expected in the afternoon and our tee time was 11:44am.

Great mountain course with superb playing conditions. Tee boxes and fairways good, Bermuda greens in excellent shape, rolling smooth and true.

One of the most beautiful and well kept courses in the area.

Wonderful golf course with friendly staff and nice dining for lunch. Sorry not open for breakfast as isolated area and not any options other than a grill on Cedar Mt nearby. But make sure its open before counting on breakfast there. The only disappointment is we have played this course twice this month and both times we only played 9 holes because of rain/cart path only and there are no rain checks offered by Golfnow or course.

The course was soaked . They couldn't do anything about the. But it made for along day walking. It was cart path only. Looking forward to play it again. It was great to see all the wild life. A Grey fox took my ball off the green . We just laughed.

The course is in excellent shape. All of the pro shop and food service personnel were courteous and efficient. Saw many deer and a fox which was an added treat.

The upgrades in the past year are substantial. New cartd, new tee markets, and superly landscaped tee box

gardens. A must play course if you like mountain golf.

Enjoyed all aspects of this course and the interaction of pro shop and grill staff. Great value $ and the course offers plenty of challenge. Stay out of the rough or the strokes add up!

Our group had a great time overall. The staff was fairly helpful with exception of the bar/grill. We stood at the bar and the bartender literally walked the other direction. Not sure why, but we eneded up buying in the pro-shop.

Cart guys helped at end of round buy none whatsoever beforehand.

The fairways ans greens we in very good shape. We will be back soon

This course is a great bargain for the money. It’s in very good shape, has length but also has shorter tees too. Lots of elevation changes meant hitting down a fair distance to some of the par threes, which adds to your club selection fun.

Many houses surround the course but not a single one in play as they were tucked back into the woods. Lots of deer lounging about and I even saw a red Fox scamper across the fairway. All in all a great experience!
