Salem Glen Country Club

One of the nicest courses, especially when you get the Hot Deals bargain! Front 9 Is a great layout, back 9 like many local courses, could be better, but still fun. Very forgiving course, shot my best round in a while despite being in lockdown for weeks! The only issue was the greens- hard as concrete. Even a flop shot from 10 yards out will run all the way off the back of the green. But for the $25 Deal, you can’t beat it anywhere.

The weather was great, the staff was great, the course was great. We were paired with Elwood and Greg Father son and we had a great time.pace of play was very good. We were not pushed and didn’t even catch the the group in front of us. I will be back. Very enjoyable round.

Our group enjoyed the entire day. The gentleman in the pro shop should have told us the greens were punched recently.

Played a few times during the spring, greens in good condition. Faiiways in good condition. Enjoyed variation in elevation. Houses along fairway not an issue as they are some distance from area of play.

Course was in good shape. Couple of greens were a little stressed but overall the course was in good shape. Would play again. Staff members were very nice.

Greens are coming around. I was worried coming in, because I had heard they lost them last year. But they rolled pretty good even with a mix of new grass in them. Fairways hadn't came in yet so wasn't a lot of grass to hit off of. But all in all I was satisfied

An upper sixties day in February. Course was in excellent condition for February - greens very nice and consistent, fairways dormant but very playable. Staff couldn't have been friendlier. Enjoy this course and will continue to play it.

Our only complaint was the pace of play could have been better. Two foursomes were playing quite slowly and would not invite faster groups through, holding up everyone behind them. 4 1/2 hours on a winter Monday isn't.

For the rate they charge the course should be a lot better condition

Great course. Only negative are the condition of the greens. Course is a 5 and greens are a 4.

Some of the greens are in really, really bad shape! 'Was tolerable because I had a "Hot Deal," but if I had paid rack rate, I would have asked for a rain check/partial refund.

but they’ve lost a few greens because of summer heat so course is not in It’s usual top notch shape.....
