Salem Glen Country Club

The course layout is fantastic, with a mix of low lands, high ground, woods, water and sand. The course offers something for all. The staff is amazing and very accomodating. The resturant and grill facilities are top notch. It’s a fantastic value. Perhaps the best part of this one are the friendly members and golfers. Golfing alone? No problem, welcome to the group! I highly reccomend Salem Glen.

Awesome Experience like the title says. The golf staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. I will be back for sure. Can't wait to bring more of my golfing friends. Met two of the Golf Professionals on the range and they were first rate as well. Jimmy and Justin I believe were there names. The restaurant offers amazing food and a quaint place to have a beverage after the round. Very impressed and seriously considering becoming a member.

Course is in great shape and staff was very friendly! Even provided a cart with cover since it was so cold!

A friend wants to play at Salem Glen GC so I booked on line but I didn’t get the laughs

Everything about this course was perfect. The kid in the clubhouse could not have been nicer and more helpful. Great experience and cannot wait to go back.

The course was in good condition following a rain. Carts were allowed on the fairway. Standing water was in the sand traps and the wet sand was packed firmly. Very large bent grass greens. Some holes with water and beautiful blue heron and other birds. Course is environment friendly. Invites you to play again and again.

The course was in good shape. This course has bent grass greens. Because it is the middle of the summer, they were a little longer and slower than normal. Just had to adjust speed. Nice layout and a challenge. Very good value.

Other than the foursome in front of us it was a pleasant round of golf. As a Twosome we knew we would have to wait some but at times these guys would take forever to look for balls, feed geese, and putt. The last few holes took them forever. The course was in fine condition. Greens were a bit slow but understandable due to high temperatures.

If this club is looking for members you would think they'd be more friendly to their guests.

Course was in good shape; remarkable improvement in the demeanor of the staff who in past made a good course unbearable. They were friendly and made you feel welcome unlike when my crew & I gave up on this place; give it a try if you gave up like me before!!!!

Challenging but fair. Easy to see what the challenges are. Good practice area.

Played here a few times now, and each time the course was in good shape. The greens are a bit small but made for more of a challenge. The course plays very fair which made play very fun! The carts were new and in great shape. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone.

Booked the round on GN hot deal for 5/7/17. No mention of greens being punched and top dressed on 5/2 - 5/3/17 and no reduction in green fees. Greens very bumpy due to punched holes and sand. I would not have booked round if I had known. Otherwise, course improvements in other areas are very noticeable. Would wait a few weeks for greens to heal before playing again. GN very accommodating in responding to the error in not posting the aeration alert.
