Beautiful golf course
Beautiful golf course with lots of recent upgrades to the grounds around each hole. Fair, but challenging layout is a great value. I highly recommend this golf course.
Nice course
Nice course. Staff was friendly. Not too crowded. The fairways were in good shape. Lots PS fog legs. Only 1 hole besides par 3’s that’s CPO. I didn’t take any pics but everything was green. I do recommend this course. The carts had some of the most comfortable seats. Carts also have GPS.

Tee-off and on-line fees were quite good. Greens in great shape, fairways starting to green-up. Enjoyed our day; will definitely be back.
Another great round!
For me, Cedarbrook is a hidden gem. Sure, it's an hour to get there but the staff is always friendly, the course was in solid shape for the time of year. The greens were fast, though the pin placements were a bit more challenging than normal. First time using the in-cart food ordering system. That seemed to work well. Remember your cart number when you go in to pay. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Overall, Cedarbrook is on our rotation of courses to play in NC.
Great golf course
The course was in good shape for early March and I noticed that they were making improvements also. This course always proves to be a challenge.
Best Course for the Money
I am new to golf, but I started playing after working grounds crew for a private country club. While this course isn’t to that standard, it also isn't private and the price point is great. This is the best, most well maintained public course I have played and will continue to play.
Nice challenge.
Course waking up from winter, greens played very true with good speed, fairways patchy green but easy to play. Fairly wide fairways. I think it is a great value course.
Nice golf course even in winter
Nice course and staff excellent value. Course had some mud form snow and hole 7 ground under repair tee to green. Greens are surprisingly soft for the cold January we are having. Front nine has really tough greens. Back nine easier and better scoring. I really enjoy playing here, now if I can only figure out the front nine greens.
Solid Ellis Maples Course
This is a solid Ellis Maples course that plays over gently rolling terrain. Course has big fairways and big undulating greens that require accuracy in attacking them. Very enjoyable day in the foothills of the mountains.
Friendliest course you will ever play
The course is a fantastic deal. Course is challenging for everyone at a very reasonable price. Also, you are welcomed like a member when you arrive. Wish I lived closer so could become a member here.
