Staff was unbelievably rude. Tall, bald, older guy that worked the counter should not be working in this type of business....I would not go back because of him. No one was working the kitchen.

This course design is not boring. Fairways and greens are in good shape. A couple of holes have suffered some damage dues to unusual rainfall, but repairs are ongoing.

I used to only play this course if the weather was sunny and warm for at least a week, because is it had rained at all, it would be a swamp. I have played this course about four times this year and it has been better maintained better than some higher cost and more well known courses in this area. And we have had a lot of rain this year. I even played once the day after a rain storm, and was very impressed on how much it had improved.

I like this course because of no housing and no out of bounds. The GPS is a new feature they added on the cart helps me determine which club to use. The only thing I don't like is that they always try to pair you with somebody you don't know which is okay sometimes but not always. We have threesome but one call in sick so they pair us with a single and when we are about to tee off, they called us to wait for another single, now we have foursome. On the green, one of the single steeping on everyone's line.He don't care or he don't have etiquette. Play this course with foursome you know otherwise, take your medicine.

Lots of water and sand

If your looking for mountain golf, well this ain't it. However if your looking for a fun course in reasonably good condition for a fair price then Broadmoor is it. The course can range from fairly difficult to very easy based on the wind. I assume that was factored in to the design since it tends to be one of the windiest course around. The greens are always good so if you play smart of the tee you can definitely score well there.

for the amount of rain that our area has had, this course most certainly has held it's own, greens were in fantastic shape and rough was thick- played very well and very impressed at the maintenance at this course!

wE ACTUALLY ONLY PLAYED 9 HOLES, BUT HAD A GREAT GAME WITHOUT RAIN. eVERYONE AT bROADMOOR was super friendly and helpful.

Course was very wet due to an above average amount of rain. In spite of all the moisture the greens were cut and rolled true. Fairways and tee boxes were average at best. Some of this could be due to unusual amount of rain that the course has received in the past 14-28 days. Even though it is flat, you have to play target golf. Where your balls ends up is more important than how far you can hit it. For example, on #4, a par 5, good course management says leave the driver in the bag.

Traveling while going on vacation, I made an afternoon tee time. I had a 2:44 tee time but arrived late due to traffic(about 3:15). The staff accommodated my wife and I and treated us very nicely. Due to an overabundance of rain, some of the bunkers were in disrepair and you could see spots on the fairway and rough where water had puddled so long the grass died. This course had challenging FAIR holes. It took me a while to get used to the bent grass fairways. I shot 44-38.

I will definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again.

Enjoyed this course a lot. It has interesting holes that are challenging but that reward good shots. Pace of play was good.

Played this course several times. Always a good confidence booster, with a few challenging holes thrown in. Staff is friendly enough, course is pretty well maintained, and great value for the money.

This is a placement course! I hit driver 4 times all day. I liked the course! It was super cool to watch the plans land every ten minutes! I carried my dad up there and it was the first time for both of us and we really enjoyed the course! The greens held a good shot but made you pay if you hit it off the green! The second cut o f rough around the greens where brutal! If you are off from the tee you will have a tough day! I loved it and will be back!

This course has some of the friendliest staff who go beyond the norm to see that you have a good experience. Unfortunately the day I played was an excrutiatinly slow day with a packed course.

Overall the golf course is a very challenging golf course and in great condition. Also, the staff is very friendly and very welcoming.

Course plays nice and flat. Greens were super fast today. Third time I've played it and they just get faster each time. OUCH! This course offers a great selection of long and straight holes mixed with several dog legs to test your shot making. Par 3's range from 130 to 150 so not much variety, except for water on several of them! Water runs throughout the course and is in play on 9 holes. Biggest complaint is no monitoring from Rangers. caught a 4-some at the turn and they didn't offer to let us play through (2-some). Made for one long back nine. Rude golfers stink.

this is my home course. This is where I learned how to play golf three years ago. The course has a lot of water on it. this is probably not the best course for a beginner. You will lose a lot of balls. For the Asheville area, this course is fairly flat. Because of recent rain, there were some areas that were fairly muddy. Overall, a nice outing.

Course was wet form all the rain but we still had a good time. Tee boxes were a little fuzzy but greens were good.

Only played 17 because we got caught in a storm fit for a boat with pairs of animals.

A nice links layout that is challenging for a good golfer but fun for high handicappers.
