The Ridge Golf Course & Events Center

This course is humbling and one of the toughest courses in our area. It was epic. The track layout is excellent with holes that require strategic thought. Bunkers are located throughout. The greens are generally quick with tournament pin placement when we played. What an epic experience. The course was in great shape with well-maintained greens and fairways. The t-boxes could be scraped and leveled imo that was probably my only suggestion for elevating the experience further. Also the track itself is beautiful and scenic. The clubhouse is cool the practice facilities are well maintained and probably the most comfortable golf carts I can recall with a cooler and digital screen showing course/hole layout and distances to be aware of. I compared the stances to my range finder and they were true. I stopped using my range finder after the front 9 because I was confident in the screen distances given. I’m in the process of game improvement and just starting to get serious about golf and thoroughly enjoyed this course experience. It’s challenging but one of my new favorites locally.

Went out in the early afternoon with 90-degree weather. Started somewhat slow (we were a threesome behind a four), but the pace was good. Other than miscreants not filling their divots or repairing ball marks, the fairways and greens are great - greens were quick and true.

We want this one to ourselves !! One of our favorites in Northern California. Be prepared to have fun and frustration at the same time

I play here once per month. Would come here more often if there were more Golf Now Hot Deals fir green fees around $40. Rarely happens. This is a challenging golf course. If you carry a higher than 15 handicap you ae going to lose at least 6 balls. The course is sceneic and peaceful. Enjoy!

Most of the bunkers weren't in very good shape, many had hard surface to them but what seems normal in many golf courses. We have a standing rule that you can rake some soft dirt/ sand to create a soft area to hit your ball from.
