Arizona Traditions Golf Club
About
Arizona Traditions Golf Club offers a parkland style golf course that has panoramic views of the White Tank Mountains. An enhancement project for the course in 1998 put in an abundance of trees, shrubs, and flowers on the course. Although it has a short layout, the golf course is quite challenging with difficult sloped greens and rolling fairways lined with forestry. Rolling hills, extensive greenside and fairway mounding, and water hazards provide an interesting game. Five sets of tee boxes ensure that golfers of all skill levels can enjoy the course. Arizona Traditions Golf Club also has a driving range, chipping area, and putting green for golfers to use.

Golfer Reviews
Course was very wet and beat up
I have always liked this course, it seems its been neglected for it had a lot of muddy spots around the greens, the tee boxes were beat up and the greens were less than desirable. I will give them some slack though being we had a pretty wet week from the storms.
Fun coarse
All was great here at traditions only the greens were under par cuase of the sand on them but I understand its the time of year
Disappointed
Very disappointed in the condition of the course. Fairways were mostly dried yellow grass and dirt. The greens were the worst part of the round. Bare dirt and sand. Will certainly not play this course again this year. Considered complaining about the conditions but opted out feeling it would fall on death ears. Don’t waste your money. There are plenty of other courses in the valley that are more enjoyable and less expensive.
Most importantly, check the reviews of the course you are considering prior to booking a tee time.
Pick up the phone at Pro Shop
Called 3 times before my round at around 730 am due to inclement weather and went to a third party operator who could not reach pro shop
Really Rough
Have played Tradions 10+ times in the last couple years. This time was a shock, tee boxes more dirt than grass, and the fairways the same. But as bad as these were, the greens were ridiculous; more brown than green and absolutely no way to judge ball roll as the ball hits bumps and changing grass/dirt conditions. The bunkers were exceptable.
Struggling
Some of the worst greens I’ve seen….even in the summer in Az. Proshop staff was clearly recovering from an ambien overdose. Barely acknowledged my presence, pro shop had almost nothing in it. Cart brakes were grinding and the entire cart rattled when driving
Will never be playing here again.
Reserved this tee time a week ago. Had half of the course shut down due to aeration with no advance warning. Asked to play front 9 twice. First round was quick, but because everyone is now playing the same 9 holes, the second 9 took over 2.5 hours to complete! Absolute insanity for a mid-week early morning time.... no marshal present.
Secondly, having a no-rider policy is one thing... but when I asked the clerk about it and she confirmed it at the front desk and was ADAMANT about there being 2 players per cart. While playing the second 9 I saw 2 different carts with 2 players in them with only 1 bag/player among them... Front desk person made a big stink about it for me, but was okay for others to do it... I will never be playing here again.
Early Enough to beat the Heat
The course overall was in good shape. The speed of the greens was reasonable. The Tee Boxes needed some love. We had to wait a lot of the twosome in front of us. but we still played in under 4 hours.
