This course has massive potential and a great vibe from the staff, but it is currently suffering from serious maintenance neglect.

The Layout & Experience

The track itself is excellent. It is carved right through a neighborhood, offering a fun and challenging routing. The tight corridors demand precision and force you to hit very accurate, disciplined shots off the tee. On the bright side, the staff was very nice and welcoming, and the pace of play was good, keeping the round moving smoothly without any frustrating bottlenecks. Course Conditions: Unfortunately, the turf maintenance is entirely lacking right now. Tee Boxes: Mostly bare dirt, making it difficult to find a level, grassy spot to tee up. Fairways: Heavily trafficked with numerous dead areas and thin lies.

Value & Final Verdict

With a proper maintenance budget and some serious TLC, this could easily be a premier neighborhood course—especially since the customer service and flow of the course are already in a great place. However, the green fees are far too high for the shape the grass is currently in. Until management invests back into the course conditions, it is hard to justify paying full price.

Weeds everywhere and rock-hard dirt tee boxes. Also, $15 for 35 range balls is robbery.

I was pleasantly surprised at the very good conditions of the course. Greens were extremely nice. A tad slow but in great shape. Fairways were also very nice. Tee boxes still need work, but at least now you can get a tee into the ground. The layout is very challenging, with tight fairways and a lot of slope. If you hit it off the fairways, it’s probably lost. Staff is friendly and it’s not normally crowded; but if wor gets out about the conditions, that could change. Bravo👏🏻 to the grounds and greens keepers!

Last minute tee time landed me at this place. Club house and bathrooms are not in good condition. Bathroom was like a sauna and the showers were out of order. No breakfast food or hot food was available during my 8:40 AM. Course was alright....decent condition. Greens were well kept for the most part.

Great pace of play today, but the course needs a bit of attention. Navigating between holes requires driving in and out of the residential neighborhood, and clearer signage is definitely needed to guide players smoothly from hole to hole. With some added course maintenance and a refresh on the golf cart fleet, this spot would be much better.

Great layout that would be fun with better condition. Tee box needs work especially. Greens and fairway are mostly ok just slow.
