Wolf Creek Golf Course

The course was in great condition. The two new greens are beautiful and were certainly worth waiting for. We will return soon as this course has become our group’s favorite despite the lack of amenities.

Renovations on holes 9 and 18 are complete and look great. The entire course is in great shape. You can tell Wolf Creek put some money into the course. Our tee time was 7:50am Monday morning. Pace of play was great. We can't wait to play it again.

Great condition and layout for the price. Pace of play for a holiday was pretty good. A little unorganized off the first tee but would definitely recommend for public Atlanta golf

Up grades to holes 9 and 18 have drastically improved playability.

First day with the new greens for 9 and 18 open for play. Still some very minor construction with tree removal and cart path replacement still wrapping up, but the course itself was lush. Great conditions.

Other than recently aerated greens and temporary greens on 9 and 18, conditions and course was excellent. Really looking forward to playing again once greens are restored and work on 9 and 18 is complete.

Course really shouldn't be in play until maintenance is complete

Course is in the best shape I’ve ever seen. Been playing here for years. Construction is coming along! They seem about a month away from having 9 & 18 back at regulation length. The improvements they’ve made throughout the course are impressive. Serious upgrades. Taking this course from run of the mill to something more special. Course was so fun to play. Pin placements are more reasonable than in the past, green speeds were perfect. Course is lush right now, like carpet. Tee boxes were perfect. Hoping they get a permit for alcohol. Would love a cart going around there. There was no cart the Friday we played. Management is doing things right at Wolf Creek! Really investing. Looking good.

As always, the course was in great condition and played really well. However, the construction being done on holds nine and 18 is still not complete and it was a bit frustrating to pay full rates on a weekend to playoff temporary greens on those two holes. Can’t wait for them to be complete in June 2026 so we can go back to playing the full course.

Really good layout that is playable and fun for amateurs

Hole 9 is under construction and 18 is shortened. Good condition besides that.

I played yesterday at Wolf Creek Golf Club and was very disappointed. There was no drinking water on the course, no restaurant or bar service open, and no water stations between holes.

We were also not informed that holes 9 and 18 had temporary greens instead of regular greens. For the price charged, the overall experience and service were not acceptable.

Course had some very good qualities as well as some bad ones. We probably should have been notified either when booking or checking in that there are multiple holes under construction and playing on a couple of temporary greens. Course layout is good. Fairways and most greens in good condition. Tee boxes in bad shape. Pace of play very good, course staff friendly.

If you are going to charge full price you should be obligated to let your patrons know the course is under construction!!! This is not cool....

Besides the two holes under construction and playing as par 3s the course is in great shape and i look forward to playing it again when the construction has finished.

I am always leery of new courses that aren’t directly recommended, but this turned out to be a great day.

Despite a few holes under renovation, the balance of the golf course was very fun and challenging. Some risk reward tee shots and the greens rolled very nicely.

The greens are small and hilly, so missing below the hole was key.

They’re renovating 9&18 (I think) and it looks like it will be an improvement. It looks like they’re putting a lot of effort and money into improving the golf course and it’s healthy. If you don’t mind 3 temporary greens (prob for at least 6 months) it’s worth it.

The only reason I don’t rate higher for conditions is because of the temp greens.

The “clubhouse” was lame and the pro shop was thin of merch but a nice staff.

The range and other facilities looked nice, but I didn’t hit and nuggets before play.

I can’t wait to return to Wolf Creek in another year when the course renovation will be completed. Great elevation changes and mix of challenging holes.

I’ve been playing this course for over 13 years. I love the track and I also understand that the improvements will pay dividends in the long run. With 2 temp greens (9 & 18), the rate should be reduced.

Love this course and it’s only going to get better. Awesome layout. Currently have 2 temp greens because they are totally redoing hole 9 & 18. I can’t wait to see the finished product…looks great already. A must play if you haven’t played there before.
