We teed off at 12:51 for our 12:09 tee time, after waiting for half dead carts and being behind a 12:54 group somehow who was sent out before us. Cart 1 died at hole 9 and was swapped out then cart 2 died at 17 and was swapped out and then our front bald tire gave out on our replacement cart. The staff is friendly and tries to appease everyone but need to invest in fixing the 14 carts that are parked in the shed needing batteries and other various work. Course is not in bad shape and an enjoyable layout. Maybe just spend the extra $20 for another course.

Most fairways are starting to show some grass but with a lot of bare spots. Tee boxes have been planted with new sod but are off-limits. Greens are inconsistent - some with dormant grass and others with splotchy green grass, which makes putts like trying to hit a knuckleball. The course was extremely dry, so shots hitting the greens bounced over or ended up on the very back. However, the course should improve a lot with a few days of rain.

When I arrived the starter was in the parking lot complaining about course management. I was told I had to wait 30 mins because none of their carts were charged. I got paired with 3 random guys after paying for a single tee time and cart. The starter started 3 groups at the same time so of course pace of play was horrible. The group in front of mine cart died on the 8th hole slowing pace even more. Course conditions are horrible. Nothing good to say about tee boxes fairways or greens. The layout of the front 9 was cool. After all these inconveniences I decided to leave after 9 holes. Didn’t waste my time asking for a refund after hearing the starter complaining about staff when I arrived. I will TRY this course again maybe next year if these issues have been addressed.

The course was dry as a bone. It was nearly impossible to hit a green and have it end up on the green. The greens were extremely fast on downhill putts. Fairways were mostly OK with green grass. Tee boxes were mostly sand. The layout is interesting and challenging. It would be wise to postpone a another round there until a day after a good rain shower.

Great value for the cost. My primary complaint with this course is they run out of carts at about noon and it can be up to 45 minute wait
