Tooth 9-hole Course at Orange County National
About
The Tooth Course is a popular nine-hole executive course at the Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge. The facility also features two 18-hole regulation courses. The Tooth Course mimics the shape and challenges of its sister courses but on a smaller scale, making it an ideal place for golfers to sharpen their game. The course is especially useful for getting practice with irons. The course offers strategically placed bunkers, a lake that comes into play on four holes, and subtle elevation changes. Orange County National welcomes younger players to play the Tooth, allowing them to play free of charge when accompanied by an adult.

Golfer Reviews
Great facility
All good except for golf club staff at pro shop. Golf. Club loaner clubs crazy expensive for a par 3 executive course. They could have easily lent us a 5 iron and pitching wedge for the 90 minutes it took us to play.
The tooth review
"The price of the course wasn't bad, but charging an extra $15 for a cart felt a bit excessive, especially since they used to include them at no additional charge. That being said, the course conditions were great, and the staff at Orange County National was awesome, as always. We followed up by playing a quick 18 holes of virtual golf over at The Den—that place is going to be fantastic once the weather cools down."
Excellent
This is by far my favorite 9 hole course. The course layout is easy to fallow and greens are well kept. The senior lady at the desk gifted me a water for waiting a little and she was very friendly. Furthermore, I lost my phone on 2nd tee and someone was nice enough to return it to the desk. We still have a few good people on this earth. One thing I would like to see is the distances to the greens for each hole displayed on the signs for the different tees. This was my 5th time playing here and shot my best round ever four over par.
Fantastic Walking Course
This was our first visit to The Tooth, and we had a great time playing this short course. The course was in great condition, and every staff member we spoke with was incredibly friendly.
The Tooth is awesome!
Played with my son and had a great time. Went around again for only $10 each! I wish I lived closer and could get out more often!!! Thank you OCN !!
This course is great value.
The course is great for an easy and fun round of golf. The greens weren’t super consistent. Some were fast some were slow. Tee boxes were a little worn down but manageable. Overall it was a great time and worth the money.
Nice short course
It is a nice short course with great practice facilities. Easy to walk
Tooth provided a nice smile
My son and I enjoyed playing the small part three as a warm-up. It was convenient plus, we were able to hit golf balls beforehand on the first day of our trip.
Great exec course with friendly staff
I’ve been here a few times and it’s always been a positive experience. It’s my favorite local short course, especially for the value.
Good short 9 holes course
This is good 9 holes course with 7 par 3 holes and 2 par 4 holes, good course conditions. The only thing that I did not appreciate was the location of the proshop and the first tee which was too far away!
Tough Par 3
Nice executive course. Although short it is difficult with small greens surrounded by bunkers. It is quite a trek from the parking lot to the starter. Decent condition and nice staff.
Great exec course!
Staff was surprisingly friendly; I’m used to surly starters. Only recommendation is more signage on the course, especially from the parking lot. Excellent value and will be back.
