Great Experience

Great round. Met some World Cup Visitors...they were great! Guys behind us were in a rush on a Monday Morning(huh)....Its suppose to be relaxing on a Monday MorninG. ANYWAY...good design, fast greens!

Rutgers

Rutgers golf course looks amazing! Played it years ago and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Tee boxes, fairways, and especially the greens were in phenomenal shape. Unexpectedly fast greens. Friendly staff, and good snack bar with food and drinks. And oh yea I got a hole in one on hole 3 and the staff was all super excited for me. A day I will never forget at Rutgers golf course. Thanks.

Great being back

Living in Long Island and Bethpage out of business since the Ryder cup I grabbed a hotel and jumped on the train to play Rutgers. I have been coming here for 50 years and the place is a comfortable shoe. Everyone is nice and the course was in great shape. Fairways greens and rough were all good. Pace of play was about 4 hours, despite the fact that 2 of the guys had no idea what they were doing.I am not looking for others golf shots after every single shot. 1 guy dropped a ball 90 yards from the green and his ball was on the green! How does that happen?A suggestion the 20 balls you lossed would go a long way towards lessons.And when you have a 8 am tee time Don’t meet us on the second hole because you were late! Shocking.l.there was traffic on 287 at 7 am must have been a day ending in y! Great spot! Enjoy!

Play this course

Course is in excellent shape, Tee boxes in great condition. Greens running fast the day I played. Bunkers soft. Starters ensure pace of play. No wateri stations so bring it if you need it.

Wonderful Conditions

This is a very well maintained course, and great value for the money. Many walkers so it is a 4 1/2 hour round. The greens are very true. Players must learn to repair their divots on the green
