2pm tee time on a Tuesday, which was great for pace of play. Finished before 530. Course is in fantastic shape, New carts are very nice as well, but a bit too "sensitive". Many times the GPS would alarm from the cart path but we got used to the noise
Every golfer should give this track a try!
Fun layout, great conditions(greens have A lot of Slope), and friendly staff😊 I thoroughly enjoy those course😃
Surprise little gem
First time playing here, and it was great. The course was in fantastic shape and not overcrowded. Had some trouble with the greens being lightning fast, but that's my fault, not the course.
Will definitely be back again.
Great value
I picked this course off of golf now and was extremely happy with everything. Staff was view friendly, course was in great condition and the course had some really pretty views. Highly recommend!
Nice golf carts
No mention of Aerification of greens on golfnow.if you want to play 5hr round of golf in 90 degree weather this is your course!
Jamestown is always in great shape. Pace of play was very good too, mainly because of holiday weekend and not as many folks were in town. New carts are awesome as well. Would play it more but the price point in comparison to others makes it at the high end, but it stays packed so apparently it's not too high for folks.
Greens were excellent
Course was in pretty good shape and the greens were excellent.
Pace of play was okay for a sunny Sunday afternoon.
Would be great if there were a few water coolers.
Course is excellent, slow play is painful...
After a few days of rain, carts were "cart path only" - and that made it REALLY slow out there! First 9 holes were 2 hours and 45 minutes; luckily, I know people in the clubhouse and they let us play the back nine a second time - and we finished in less than 2 hours. That was definitely a blessing, since I noticed the people we were behind still had 3+ holes to go.
Tough course!
looks easy at first glance...wide open fairways...haha...half of them are sloped so balls wanna head for the woods. Greens are large and quick...easy to 3 putt. Be aware or jamestown will get you. I liked!
Perfect day not too crowded definitely come through and check it out. Always love the greens.👌
