I Great track on way to Charlotte, terrific layout with many challenging holes.
Definitely run like a muni,but several resort like holes on back nine.Faster than average greens..Value for the $,all in all a nice surprise .Hope to revisit.
Nice Track
We decided last minute to book at King's Mountain CC. We were very surprised when we arrived. For the cost we were expecting a lower value course. Nice back to back layout to play a quick front 9. Course opened up on the back 9 with some longer holes with unique layouts. Course was in great shape. Will definitely be back .

Great course for the dollar. Grounds in great shape. Green challenging and healthy.
Good time.
Course is in good shape. Greens were nice and rolled very well. Pace Of Play was a little long due to tournament in the morning.
Need a Ranger
Tee times on GolfNow showed the course to be empty but members where playing best ball. I had to wait 20 minutes after my tee time to start....waited at ever hole because one group was 5 holes behind. Once I pasted them at the turn, course was wide open except for one group. Greens where a little inconsistent...some were really fast, some were normal and a few were slow
Wonderful, challenging
Had an awesome round with my wife. Found the course to be in great shape with many challenging holes. The staff were very courteous and friendly. Would definitely play here again.
Nice Greens
Chopped up layout. Nice greens. The course needed rain. Very hard and dry conditions. Nice bar and restaurant. Very friendly staff.

Kings Mountain CC
First time player, 1 hours travel time. Very interesting course. As our courses are in western
N C alot of hills and valleys. Fairways are very wide and generous. The front has lush Fairways. The back seems as they are grass covered and at this moment we are in a dry period. The superintendent is making every effort to maintain fairways with water.The greens are in excellent condition. They putt true and roll to speed. You need to ride ahead and look at your landing areas. Some layups are a must. A great course , I'll definitely be back.
Bang for your buck
Beautiful course. Well maintained. The greens are the best greens you are gonna put for the price. Restaurant and bar was a huge bonus.
Great course however to many blind shots in my opinion

My opinion is to many blind shots and no GPS or clear markings on fairways for distance when you can’t see the green on many shots
