Nice course. Plays well.
The course is in good shape. Greens are average play. The pair 5 18th hole plays weird as you tee up on your first and second shot to get over the lake. After a hot day (96 degrees) playing 17 holes, 18 will challenge the average golfer.
Course was under construction!!!
I was not informed that the greens were punched. Hole 8 par 3 didn’t even have a green to play. I guess they was working on it because they just moved the flag to the left of the green. I wasn’t informed of that either. On a lot of the holes you could tell that they were cutting down trees because debris was in along the side of the holes. Normally the course is in great shape, but not on this day.
Okay just no notice that greens just aerated
Course was in good shape just wish they would’ve notified that the greens in the neck aerated calls and not a single person would stay through the entire course and don’t tell you that your plan to a temporary green on one of the holes
Good round even with aeration
Got a cheap, early morning price for a round. Wasnt notified that the greens had been aerated but the price was reduced so that makes sense. Fairways were in decent shape for early spring though a bit soggy. Overall, first person out in the course and was completed in 2.5 hours. I will return.
Fun course to play
The fairways and areas around the greens are still pretty tight from the winter dormancy of the Bermuda grass, so a little sparse. Greens were great. Staff was very friendly. The layout is a little quirky but there are some really good holes. Be advised that they have one temporary green, which we didn’t know about until we arrived. Will play this one again when things green up a little with warmer weather.
Always satisfying. Spring conditions.
Early Spring conditions. Greens are soft and fast. Tee box are worn. Fairways are tight due to winter season so not much turf grass yet still in good shape for the season. It’s a fun course and better. Than most.
Fun but tough
This is the first time I’ve played and it’s really nice. The greens are small and they were quick and not to mention the fairways are tight! If you’re driver isn’t working I’d stick with your 3-wood to keep your ball in play. I’ve read 18 is a beast par 5 because of a giant pond you have to clear before you reach the hole which it was. Bring extra balls!
Some Oddities
Course was in excellent condition. Some odd things on layout such as driving across active fairways to get to hole number one and the par 5 18th, where you can tee up your second shot to cross a pond that is 150 yards long.
