Always fun
Course is in good shape but getting drier every day so some aprons are thin. Greens are in quote good shape though slow. 4 hr round so not too slow but not moving right along either.
All in all I like the course and will be back soon.
Cmon rain. Gimme just one good soaking. To heal the dried areas.
Like this place
Played today and had a great time. Pace was reasonable and conditions were good. Some T boxes could be better.- Getting worn. Though Greens are very good
Slow today. A five some was playing league golf.
Round was very slow due to groupings of league folks. Otherwise good. Fairways are getting firm. Greens are good shape but maybe slower than other days. Still in good shape though.
It’s fun
Good pace and good conditions. I like this place.
Great layout
Was lucky enough to get a Hot Deals discount on a Saturday. Best course I've played in the Lincoln, Gaston and Cleveland Counties area.
Tricky layout on several holes with blind tee shots. I'm sure the regulars know the shortcuts, but this being the 1st time playing, I did have to play the course to the layout I could see.
Overall, great experience and I really didn't mind the pace of play being a little slow.
First timer
Great layout. Challenging location of greens. Greens were in ok conditions
Excellent course
Not too difficult, but not easy. Course has some turns and water but had a great time playing it this morning for the first time with my dad. Greens are true, fairway grass is short, boxes were good. We will definitely be playing here again!
Final 3 holes = boss level
This course is nearly fantastic. Couple of the holes are almost iconic with the last hole being despicable. You better have a 225-250 drive exactly and then have a 200 yd carry shot or else instant death. This is after a super challenging 16th hole as well. Despite 3 earlier birdies, almost played 90s golf. Some of my favorite holes in the Charlotte area are here but scoring well... good luck lol.
