I loved every hole and the staff offered excellent hospitality!

Seriously swarmed by biting flys on ALL water holes. It was pretty terrible. Wind was down which was nice compared to previous times I’ve played here. I like this course a lot and find it challenging , with out the wind makes a huge difference. Pace was better than in the past , under 4 hours. Staff was very friendly and glad to see the course marshal around pushing folks along.

Rude staff from the get go starting at check in. They lied to us about pace of play. Said there were multiple groups ahead of us and we could see for a fact there weren't. 5.5 hour round with 90 degree cart rule is unacceptable. Especially with only ONE group ahead of us. This was a poor experience and the good old boy staff was a joke.

Played a round here and the views are amazing! Greens are top notch and fairways were well kept!

It's not long, but a fun course in the OBX. Conditioning was great, pace of play good. The starter and golf shop guys were nice. All in all, a fun experience. Hot in August, so prepare for that.

Play more golf. Nice course with friendly support staff. Paired couple were friendly and helpful too.

Loved Nags Head Links. Well kept, interesting layout, short but challenging.

Absolutely beautiful course, great conditions and friendly staff. I just really don’t love the course design. Can’t put my finger on it but it just wasn’t fun.

The wind can really play havoc with your club selection. Shorter was better on most holes. This narrow, tighter course played well will no delay per hole. If you can get this course for $75 to $100, it's a great deal for the Outer Banks.

This is a nice layout and a thinking person‘s Golf Course however, if you wanna hit big drives and full irons, this is not the course for you. This is a shot maker’s course with blind hazards and ferocious winds, which will take your ball off course quickly, the layout is problematic in the pace of playing backs up quickly as the first hole is confusing For recreational golfers whether they should hit 160 yard shot or go for the green, which is basically only 260 yards so the Course bottle next quickly from the very beginning.

The course is great! It was in great shape, and has an interesting layout. However, the first hole is short making everyone wait until the green clears to hit their tee shot. That had made our 10:00 tee time backed up to 10:45. Then, the round took 5.5 hours!!!! It was excruciating. The starter was well aware of the issue and said he didnt know why they try 8 minute tee times because this happens every day! Well, it’s not hard to figure out why….$$$$$$! Would have been a much better experience if it was even an hour shorter!

Great course, several holes were under water which made play difficult. Also the course was over crowded. We were on time and had to wait 30 minutes to tee off on the first hole. This made for a very long front 9 the back 9 was a better experience.

I’ll be back next year to play again

For the cost I’d expect more. >5 hour round due to cart path only. Short. Some bad pin positions.

Very fun. A lot of scenic views of sound. Not overly difficult but windy conditions increase the challenge. Good value overall.
