Decent course, but a bit overpriced for what you get
The course was fine, nice club. But we had numerous folks from the neighborhood walking on cart paths, walking dogs on the course etc. I even stepped in dog poop looking for a ball in the natural area just out of bounds.
Nice course in the city
Good layout, greens r one of the best in rqleigh. Fairways are generous. Suited for all types of golfers.
Always enjoy playing here.
Nice Layout
This is a perfect B golf course. Some interesting holes; some beautifully manicured fairways and greens; some not so interesting or beautiful. But I believe it was a solid value for the money.
Plenty of challange
This course is sneaky tough. Greens are true, fast and hard. You MUST hit high or with a lot of spin to hold the greens that are in very good condition and consistent. Over-all course in very good shape. Friendly staff at the counter as well as the starter. Worth my 40 minute drive to get there. Hope to return soon.
Beautiful day for golf - make the best of it
First of all ....staff were great.
Course was in fair shape. The greens were okay at best. Tee boxes were horrible. Sand and dirt - hard to find grass. Couple of destroyed bunkers. Rocks/mudd?
Fun 9 holes
Course was very dry. Got lots of roll out on the drives. Some bare spots on the fairway. Tee boxes need a lot of work. Ok value for the money.
Good Course for Money
Overall a good course for the price. Greens were in pretty decent condition. Fairways need a little water. Were very hard and dry.
Could be Great with Care
Great layout, and very fast greens. Otherwise, the course was like concrete and tee boxes were utterly destroyed. If this course watered regularly, I’d play it weekly. Condition now makes it nearly unplayable. Every shot in all locations is like hitting the ball off asphalt.
