Too much money for the conditions
There is a cash only nine hole course that has better greens than this place. It’s only $13 to play there too. RGA is not worth $20 for 9 holes. If the greens were good and the fairways had grass then I might tell people it’s worth the money. Best green on the grounds is the practice green at the clubhouse.
RGA Golf course Review
Always a good experience playing at RGA. Greens have been air rated, this putting was not true.
5.5 hour round...
12:50 Tee Time and finished at 6:20.
Had a group of five in front of us ( yes a group of five), and unbelieveavly, they were not the problem. The group in front of them, and the fact that apparently RGA doesn't employ a Marshall, were the problem. Most of the day, there were three and in a few cases four, groups on a hole at a time while the world's slowest foursome had a gap of two holes in front of them. I know there was a two hole gap, because on the fairway of the 11th hole, you are right next to fairway of the 13 hole ( 12 is a very short par 3), and when the slowest group in the world ( THAT NO MARSHAL EVER SAW, BECAUSE NO MARSHALL WAS ON THE COURSE), was teeing off on 12, while three groups were behind them on 11, there was no group on 13 at all.
Incredibly poor course managemnt on the part of the RGA staff.
A nice, short little course, which has some good spots. But apparently the staff is not interested in their jobs enough to manage the course so that everyone can enjoy it.
It's not worth the your money
Course is in terrible condition it's not worth $40.
Brutes Greens
Greens were brutesss. I know y’all boys were aerating but sheeeesh
Needs work
I really wish this course was in better shape, it could be a great course with great value. The tee boxes, fairways, cart paths and greens need alot of work. 2 greens on the back nine are very patchy with given 2 putt max. There are alot of other courses in better shape right now.
RGA
Course was wet from lots of rain. Still playable.
Played winter rules and had an enjoyable round!
Great Staff and facilities!
In fairness, played after torrential rains inundated the course, but little grass on tee boxes and greens were spotty and bumpy.
Great course for any level.
This was a great golf course for a beginner like myself. There was a variety of holes that ranged from easy par 3s to challenging par 5s. I will definitely be playing the course again often.
