Very good Par 5 for begineers
This is a very nice course to get better at and enjoy the scenery. I have been to it twice and love it. The Course conditions are nice and clean and the staff is very friendly.
Well maintained, friendly staff
I played the stockholders course, and found it in beautiful playing condition, despite recent heavy rains. Super nice people in the pro shop. My only complaint was that the holes were all pretty straight and short-- not too challenging for women with a 104 slope. I'll play the whites the next time I go, but I'll return.
What a great day
Great round of golf, course was in very good condition, add a beautiful day and great golf buddies - it doesn't get much better. We were fortunate enough to have "clear sailing" - no one in front of us the entire time.
Short but tricky greens
This course is very short. However, the greens have lots of undulations on it, making it a lot tougher. The greens were in excellent condition. The fairways were an average condition. The tease were in a lot of distress. We enjoyed our round and we're very challenged by the course. I will definitely be playing this one again
Great course with great value
Not a regular golfer and my first time at the course but was made to feel right at home by friendly and courteous staff. Pace of play was great for the majority of the round. Straightforward course but very enjoyable and challenging.
Course was in good shape, greens a little slow but played round in 3 hours.

RGA
Always a pleasure to play here but the pace of play is generally slow, especially yesterday.
Hi "Richard6298123" Thank you for the honest review. We apologize if the pace of play was slower than usual, we appreciate the feedback and hope to see you again soon.
Go here!!
Had a great time. Golfed alone and they allowed me to use the private stockholders course. Incredibly well groomed and great views! Go here!

Nice course.
Course is in good shape and the greens were rolling well.
Hi "u000005730444" Thanks for the great review. We are so glad you enjoyed the greens. Please come back and see us again soon.
Short, but fun
Open course... so most bad hits are still playable. Also, very short...you play this course without using your driver.
Definitely a good course to bring beginner golfers to.
Hi "u523744732" Thank you for the great review. RGA is definitely a shot making course and we are glad you enjoyed it. Please come back and see us again soon.
Hi "jimtrenner" Thank you for the 4 star review. We appreciate review and hope to see you again in the near future.
Nice day at RGA
RGA is historic being around since 1929, the course is improving over the past few years. The greens were bumpy due to lingering affects of being punched two weeks ago so putting was tough. The greens are growing in but still sparse and low. We played from the tips and this resulted in a challenge considering the tighter fairways on a number of holes. Overall, a good value for the cost!
Hi "LacySmith" Thank you for your honest review. The course was recently aerified and will take a few weeks to properly heal, we appreciate your patience and hope to see you again in a few weeks.
Hi "Marcus4990485" Thank you for the review. We hope to see you again in the near future so that we can increase your star rating.
Hi "jdp81" Thanks for the 5 star review.
Has Potential
A buddy of mine talked about this track and that it's an easy walk during the summer. It was only $2 more to ride on Saturday, so I wanted to give it a shot. Facilities are adequate and food/bev prices are reasonable. There is no driving range, but there is a small wedge range that's about 80-100 yards. It is alongside the road, so you need to be careful about hooking or skulling a ball that direction. The course itself has a decent layout and is really short. From the tips, ~6100 yards for a par 72 can lead to some low scores if you're a longer hitter. Right now, the fairways were fairly hard and I routinely cleared 330. Not a lot of grass at the moment, but it is March. The backside is much more narrow than the front, although the front is wide open, so that's not saying much. I was thoroughly disappointed in the greens. At this point during the year, most courses can afford to cut greens short since they don't have to worry about baking them. These were long and grainy. Most other tracks have greens running 9-11; not fast, but quick. These are lucky to get to 8, which makes course management much less fun (think Tiger's 05 Masters chip or Jordan Spieth's chip shot from the WBC on March 3), i.e. you can't play a slope because the ball wouldn't 't take it if it wasn't severe enough. Not sure about the rest of you all, but I hate going to a course and having to smash every putt. Overall, it's not a bad course but slightly overpriced for the current quality. I'm sure I'll give it another shot in April/May and can give a more accurate review. If you want a short, relatively easy course and can get a good price to ride (x<$25), give it a go.
Hi "hauserj85" we appreciate your honest review. The course is still transitioning from spring into summer, so most of our grass on the fairways and greens are still in the process of coming through. We appreciate your feedback and we hope to see you again in the near future.
