Nice greens
The greens are much improved over the last time I played there. Their fairways have some nice grass growing and overall it’s a very nice course to play.

A beautiful day in the neighborhood
I had a great round of golf today at Wil-mar golf course. The course is out in a rural setting and is scenic for the most part. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The weather was perfect and I shot a 94 which is my lowest score to date. I went there by myself but was paired up with another golfer. We teed off at 11:30 and were not slowed down by anyone playing ahead of us. This course is a great value for the money.

The course is in great shape. The pace of play was good and the weather was perfect. The greens were a bit fast today but manageable.

Fun course but kind of short. Greens in great shape. Tee boxes were rough but usable. Will always come back and play again!

Needs Work
Normally the greens are the best part of this course but today they were absolutely covered in spotty crabgrass which made every putt bumpy and get knocked off line. Some tee boxes were completely bare and dirt. Range has you hitting off mats currently but the balls are just old beaten up, rock hard, terrible balls.
Course is slightly going downhill. Maybe because it’s due to be sold for housing development at the end of the season.

Pace of play
It was terribly slow, especially when the other twosome playing with us stopped after the front nine.
Also, the fairways had not been over seeded so there was never a good lie.

Weeds on greens
First off let me say I’m pretty much a beginning golfer and I like to play at less expensive courses. Only real complaint is that there were weeds on almost all the greens. Other than that it seems like a decent course.
