Creek at Carolina Trace Country Club

Always enjoy playing both courses at Carolina Trace. The Creek is challenging, but rewards good shots. It was a nice fall day and the course was in good shape for late November. Highly recommended.

This was are first time playing at Carolina Trace and overall had a great day of golf. The greens and fairways were in great shape.

We did find the layout to be somewhat confusing between the Creek and Lake courses as they were not clearly marked. I wish they would color coat the signs to each course to make it more distinguished as well as have better signage to the next tee box since you are driving through a neighborhood of homes.

There also seems to be “unethical golf practices” on this course. During our round a group of two skipped in front of without asking us if they could play thru, which now slowed our pace since we had to wait on them.

The creek I course is challenging, yet enjoyable layout. The staff we interacted with were very personable and extremely helpful.

First time playing the Creek Course. Beautiful scenery and lush fairways. Challenging greens. Getting on is just the beginning. Can't wait to play it again.

The course was in great condition. Played The Lakes yesterday and the Creek today. Creek is unforgiving if you don’t hit it straight Great day of golfing.

Both courses are great layouts and I was so looking forward to playing this RTJ track but the course was absolutely soaked and it hadn’t rained in 5 days. Drives constantly plugged in the fairways and had to watch where you stepped.

Even playing my crappiest round of the year couldn't put a damper on how impressed by this course I was. Lively layout (especially for the Sandhills area), excellent conditions tee to green, and very well-manicured greens. A steal for what I paid on GolfNow. Looking forward to trying the Lake course which, from what I could see, is even better.

After a lot of rain yesterday, the staff had the course ready to play. It was in great shape. Very channeling course. Demands great position off the tee.

Bones of this course (the Creek) is very good and greens were in good shape but other aspects of course conditions needed some attention. One expects better at this rate. We played in 4 hours, not bad for a Sunday, but waited on nearly every hole. No Marshalls. At this rate, I recommend playing elsewhere until management figures out the maintenance piece.

Course was in great shape and we were surprised nobody pressed our group from behind. Course layout was challenging for our skill level, but still very playable for high handicappers. High Bermuda first cut is thick enough to hide balls just off fairways and its difficult to get the club on the ball from these lies. Bring your own or buy drinks and snacks at the start though, because the turn doesn't bring you back by the clubhouse.

Love both courses- lakes is my preferred on views alone. Apart from the views on the Lakes- the Creek may actually be a better layout with more interesting holes. Carolina Trace is top-notch- well worth it from my home here in Pinehurst- Love these 2 gems

Great layout and extremely challenging. Every hole was “wow, I have to hit this shot?!” So much fun and tested every part of my game.

Love the course. Unfortunately due to rain previous days, it was cart path only.

The women's tee Box is not set up fairly if you cannot hit your driver more then 200 yrds.

The Lake side is more "ideal" and appropriate for women's tee.

Both Courses are Beautiful and cart seats are very compy. It was worth the cost since we did have a coupon.
