Greens
Greens are rolling better than B4 but two par 3 holes have temporary greens. Staff is really nice. Have done a lot of maintenance to the course over the last few months. Course will look really good going into the fall season.

Pace of Play is terrible
The pace of play is close to a 5 and a half hour round when it’s a very short course as well as no walkers.
The group in front denied us a chance to play through when we were only two in a group and they had four.
Temporary greens we were not made aware of before booking the tee time.
No course ranger to help the pace of play anywhere to be found.
Overall bad experience and do not recommend playing here.

Appreciate the effort
The owners are trying to improve the course conditions overall. Just know a couple of holes are still using temporary greens. Fairways are in good shape and tee boxes are much improved.

First time playing, and I greatly enjoyed myself. The course conditions overall were very good except for the fact that the 6th and 12th (both par 3s) greens were recently "replaced" for lack of a better word. That means temporary greens were created, which was effectively placing a pin in the fairway leading into the green. Sadly, it's practically impossible to play those holes since you can't putt on them.
The 13th hole (which the staff didn't mention) is temporarily a par 3 as the fairway is roped off. I'm guessing it's for similar maintenance/renovations. They've placed a temporary tee box towards the end of the fairway.
While I'm thrilled that the course is taking seriously keeping the course in good shape and fixing what needs fixing, it does feel a bit unfair to have to pay full price as you're only really play 15-16 holes instead of 18.
It would also be nice to have a proper driving range instead of the hitting nets. While that is obviously expensive and requires lots of land, an alternative could be to install some relatively simpler launch monitors so that users can gain some basic numbers on their shots as they warm up.

Had a great time
Was placed in a foursome with 2 singles and a pair...had an absolutely great time. A couple of holes are under repair but when they are ready? Folks will be very happy with the results. Have always enjoyed this course.and will continue to play. Excited to see how the renovations turn out on those 2 holes under repair.

Fun to play
Fun to play golf course without much trouble and really the only defense is the undulating greens. The greens are a little sparse in places and could be a little faster but it does get a lot of play these days with so many in wake county selling out for housing developments. They are trying to make improvements too which is nice to see.

Definitely play again! Practice hitting area into net for warm up. Tee to green in great condition, green’s roll nice and hold approach shots. Shout to the staff thanks for a GR8 place to play
