He charged me for 18 with cart but after I paid, told me about rule that cart being back by 7:30, a full hour prior to sunset. When I questioned it he said in a very unfriendly tone ", ...to bad, that's the rule " and i wouldn't finish anyways. Well I played 14 holes by 7:30, so yeah i would have finished before sunset.

Fun, course with a good level of challenge., especially some of the greens. Loved the setting and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely would play here again.

Super fun course. Everyone was very friendly. They do not have a driving range just 4 mats set up right next to a fence which was actually super fun to warm up and it’s included with play. Will play again for sure.

We were held up from the starter. Seems there was a group of with tee times. The first group sort if prolonged there tee off because the fourth of the second group was on his way. Well they finally went the 4 appeared in the parking lot so we still had to wait. To tee off we were almost 10 minutes late on our tee time teeing off. When questioned the starter said there was a ranger on the course and would keep the pace of play going. NO ranger we waited on every tee for the group in front to clear. Finally after completing hole 6 I jumped to number 9 by myself.

Still finished, 4 hours of on course golf and skipped 2 holes.

Pretty sad for this course which should play in 3 hr 45 minutes.

Friendly staff. Not a long course but yet a challenging course. Good food at Divots Grill. Can’t beat the price !

The course has good hole layouts and the greens are in good condition, however the greens are a little too undulating for their size and speed. The pro shop, starter, cart handlers, and grill staff are great examples of customer service.

Surprisingly friendly staff, great play. Worst game in a long time, haven’t played in two years, but a great place.

The course is becoming a very good one. A bit of work is needed on the senior tee boxes though. Haphazard placement of senior tee box stakes leaves them on sloped and curved patches on turf. I did see signs of red paint lines around the tee boxes, so hopefully they will be addressing this issue..

Really enjoyed the course and layout. For the price I would consider it a must play for anyone looking for a friendly place to play. Highly recommend.

Staff was so friendly and polite. Loved the course layout and it was well taken care of. I will be making the drive 45 minutes and pass many other closer courses to come back to Wendell for this.

Biggest thing I noticed is that the whole course seemed very dry. Fairways were dry and thin. Greens were hard as a rock and grain was always going downhill, so good luck trying to get the ball to settle on any downhill chips. More water time for the course would solve most this issue, imo. Other than that everything else was pretty decent, other than maybe a tee box here and there.
