Such an improved golf course
Over the past couple years this golf course has gone through some huge changes and all for the better. This course is challenging but also fair for any handicapper. It’s always fun to play here!!!
Nice course to play.
Always enjoy a round of golf here. Over the past year they have improved the fairways and greens tremendously. Just a nice course for any handicapper to enjoy.
4th of July play
The staff is friendly and very organized, that was refreshing. Front 9 was challenging and fun, the back 9 however, had golfers back and forth in each others hole. You definitely had to double check before hitting the ball that you double checked and didn’t hit someone, holes were too close to each other.
Beer was cold and food was very good and a good value for the cost.
This was also on a holiday, so maybe in general it isn’t that crowed. Would golf the front 9 again!

Love this course. The work they have put into this golf course with improved fairways and green renovations make make it such an enjoyable experience. Wish I could play more often.
Friendly staff, great course
10/10 day at Wendell Country Club today! Brought my folks who were visiting for the US Open. This course became my favorite in the Raleigh area this afternoon.. hard to believe it’s only 20 minutes from downtown Raleigh. Well maintained course and very courteous staff. Greens play fast though… but very high quality. Definitely recommend!
Rude staff in club house
He charged me for 18 with cart but after I paid, told me about rule that cart being back by 7:30, a full hour prior to sunset. When I questioned it he said in a very unfriendly tone ", ...to bad, that's the rule " and i wouldn't finish anyways. Well I played 14 holes by 7:30, so yeah i would have finished before sunset.
