About
The public, 18-hole golf course at Brigantine Golf Links is not only beautiful scenery and a great game it is also a National Audubon Sanctuary. Its layout has roots in Scottish golfing tradition. The golf course utilizes the natural environment featuring a softly rolling terrain and marshes as well as gorgeous bay views.
Like traditional Scottish Links courses, Brigantine is marked by nearly tree-less greens and the type of shot to take often depends on the wind. There are powerful sea breezes that affect the shots and bunkers that make for an interesting game. The smooth, rolling greens encourage a bump-and-run strategy. The scenic course's location close to the Atlantic City boardwalk and the challenging, but fun game it offers make it popular among tourists and locals of all skill levels.

Sub Par
I chose this course based on reviews. My son and I had a late night in AC and when I called to push back the tee time you would have thought I was asking to murder someone. As far as the course goes the greens were in excellent condition but the rest of it was lacking. It’s almost as if the entire layout is in people’s backyards. You’re never more than 20 yds from a house. Really not impressed and for $70 it is only worth $40 at best. BTW the horseflies are the size of birds.

Average course but can be booked for a great price
Average course but can be booked for a great price. Check for deals to make it worth it. Course was in good shape, workers there were friendly. Major downside was the green heads. BRING BUG SPRAY as you will need to re-apply multiple times through out the round. Played twice at 6:45 am for a fantastic price. Round took little over 4 hours each time.
Great course
Not the longest course out there but full of challenges. A beautiful setting and the course is in wonderful shape. Always enjoy playing here.
Nice course
Beautiful breezes. Hard course I. Some places. Reasonable in others. But can be difficult if winds are not cooperative. Bring bug repellent. If you don't, you can end up miserable. If you can't hit perfectly straight. You will loose balls

Enjoyed the layout of the course
Was not impressed with the condition of the grass in many areas. Lots of weeds and bunker conditions were not good.
Good course to play, but not worth the $73 I paid.
Greens roll really well don’t miss the fairways rough is tuff to get out of.
Disappointing
Although we played early in the season, which you need to do at this course because of the green heads, the course condition was well below expected expectations. And to add injury to insult, they charged is $61.00 to play there. Would not return.
One of my favorites!
I always love playing here. Smell the salt and and feel the ocean breezes. I wish there wasn't so many houses but it's OK. Every golf trip to Jersey shore includes a stop at Brigantine.
Winter conditions
I live in Brigantine and have played this course hundreds of times. Now that the city has paid their last mortgage payment, the couple drainage issues should be addressed. I love this course and would recommend to everyone. A lot of cruddy weeds have been cut down and the course feels so much more wide open. Greens are a 10 out of 10, Tom does such a great job.
Getting old ! But still nice !
I am playing there every summer but I can see time is taking is toll . Cost is very high for the quality but ... this is the only golf club on the island !! Fairways needs more grass ! Many places it is on the earth and very hard to play ! Staff doesn t like tourist .... they overcharged me ! I had an internet reservation and they overcharged me because my wife was driving the cart and not playing !

Course is in amazing shape for the time of year.Greens are near perfect.I would compare them to any high end course in area.
