Blue Heron Pines Golf Club

The greens are ture an average to slow speed. The back nine is harder than the front . Keep the ball in the front of the green and you can score.

Course was in good condition, greens rolled well. Play as very slow, had to wait on every hole.

Consistent greens throughout...great fairways and landscaping.

A nice clean course, was 15 minute drive from Atlantic City boardwalk where we stayed. Was a single went out with another 3 done in 4 hours. A course with challenging holes, a great value for the price. We are planning another trip to AC in August we will play this course when we go again.

Other than 30 people waiting at the first tee and our tee time being 45 minute late the course was decent

I play this course quite a few times, always seems to be in great shape and everyone always seems quite friendly. For the money I think this is wel ll worth the trip

I always thoroughly enjoy this course. It is always well maintained, and has a great layout. I was worried when Jaws took over the money might be diverted from the upkeep, but just like over at Running Deer, the conditions have been outstanding here past few rounds I've played here. Highly recommend, particularly with any kind of discount rate.

This was one of the friendliest courses at which I have ever played. We played on a Saturday and the pace was really quite good. There was a foursome in front of us that was moving fairly slow and the marshal asked them to pick up the pace and to play a set of tees further up. There are a few waste bunkers on the course and some bunkers one may never find their way out of. Stay on the fairways. I cannot wait to play here again. I must add that using Golfnow made this a reasonably priced course.

Pace of play extremely slow. Several groups were backed up on the back nine due to one group always looking for balls in the water, and another group playing excruciatingly slow. They were marking 3 ft putts on the green. They would be 250 yds out and wait for the group on the green to move off only to hit their shots about 100 yds. Nice course but need more marshalls to keep pace moving.

It's tough but really nice. Popular so you are going to wait on the tee boxes. That may be why I found it tough. Rhythm was thrown off. Still a very pretty well maintained course.

Since Jaws has taken over this course he has restored it back to its former glory. Super friendly and cordial staff, course back in great condition, and with Golf Now a great chance to play it at a bargain. If you are at the shore and want to play a round, don't miss BH Pines.

I hadn't played Blue Heron Pines for many years and my return visit was most enjoyable and did not disappoint. Not only was the condition of the course excellent for a daily fee course, the staff was terrific. Ron Jaworski really knows how to run a golf course. Layout was beautiful as well.

Course was in very nice shape despite hard rain the day before. Tee boxes and greens were in great condition. Well maintained. Clubhouse staff and starter were great! Enjoyed the grill at the turn, great burgers, dogs and sausage and peppers.
Will return for sure!

Tried a very early tee time to avoid a long round. Staff got us out a few minutes early and rangers were present to assure a good pace of play. Course was in good condition for amount of rain the previous few days. Even stayed for an early lunch and grabbed fresh cooked burgers off the grill. Outstanding experience.
Only hesitation at check in because I thought my account was already charged but cashier said no and money was due, so I did pay.

the only downside was that the course was "cart path only" on the date we played, after significant rain the day before. It slowed us down some, and the ranger was NOT friendly because of pace of play.....funny how he dissapeared when we had no one behind us!

I had a 1:33 tee time and they were running way behind because an earlier shotgun start was playing very slow. They did accommodate my group by sending us to the 7th hole to start our round. I thought the course was generally in very good shape but I felt the greens needed a little bit of work. They were a little choppy and probably need to be rolled. Otherwise I really liked this course. This is the third time I have played here in the last three years and I feel it offers a nice combination of challenge and beauty. Look for on line deals to get a better rate as the course could be pricey at the rack rate.

I really like this course. It always seems to be in great condition. They have a range for warming up. The clubhouse is great.

The course is well bunkered and each hole presents a unique challenge.
