Brunswick Plantation & Golf Resort is a 27-hole layout located in the fishing village of Calabash, North Carolina, abut 20 minutes north of Myrtle Beach.
It has three distinct nines: the Magnolia, Azalea and Dogwood. On all nines, you need to hit the ball straight off the tee, taking care of the fairway bunkers, some of which are fairly high-lipped. The course has quick, bent-grass greens, moderately large, and lush, well-tended fairways set amidst tall, Carolina pines.
The dogwood course lies along the waters of the Caw Caw Run amongst hardwood trees with wide open fairways. All are fairly flat with moderate rough.

Brunswick Aerations Course
The golf course was in good condition after the previous evening thunderstorms. The storm did the course a great favor as it tampered down the aerations to make putting a little less challenging.

Brunswick Plantation
Course was in great shape. Greens were consistent. It was very busy at the start, but my wife and I went off and didn't really have to wait much until the back 9. I will definitely play there again.

Tough course
It was a nice course although there was a lot of sand and a lot of pits that were not really kept very nice. They were not fluffy sand so they were very difficult and especially when I kept ending up in it. But the course was very nice

Despite the course being extremely wet. Its was a great round with my wife and father in law. Brunswick plantation is 1 of our favorite courses down here. We played it under 4.5 hours.
