Sea Scape Golf Links in Kitty Hawk, N.C. is one of the premier courses on the Outer Banks. The course has the feel of a traditional Scottish links layout thanks to the seaside location and landscape of windswept dunes. The golf course differs from a classic open links design because of the coastal forests that accent the terrain, which provides some shelter from the ocean breezes. The vibrant blue waters contrast beautifully with the dark green treetops. The most challenging feature of the golf course is the constant up and down. Golfers will face uneven lies as well as blind shots. Sea Scape Golf Links is relatively short at 6,131 yards from the back tees but it plays longer due to the variety of elevation changes, which range from subtle to dramatic.

Overall, okay to play
Don't expect too much fairway grass because it's winter season. But the green grass is well maintained. I think it's good to play against the hot deal price.

Great layout and greens
Course was in fantastic late Dec shape. Rained very hard recently and course was still nice. Greens gorgeous. Great location.

Fast Pace
Played on a Sunday and it wasn't that crowded. I showed up early to practice on the range....BUT, no range. The pro was laid back and had me start off on the Back. At the turn, the Front was wide open. If you hit the green the ball stuck! Fast greens.
I will play again.

When I arrived for my 11:30 tee time the 1st tee had 5 groups waiting. The nice lady in the shop was running the register & acting as starter. It was a fiascos!! I left, called GolfNow and made other arrangements

Surprisingly frequent height changes for a course on a barrier island. Good condition for November. Fun and challenging.

GReat course for Links course
Got a great “hot deals” rate. Went to the course and they staff was nice. Got right on the course. Unfortunately, for me, I was behind a couple of SLOW 2somes. Went around and missed 2 holes... but then ran into another slow group. All in all the day was perfect and the course was in great condition. It’s regularly 65 bucks to play but in got the hot deal for 35, so who I’m i to complain about the pace of play.

Great course
Beautiful course / perks well in the rainy OBX weather. I thoroughly enjoyed playing there. Intend to play there often as I can
Good Muni Course
My wife and I enjoyed playing a round here. It is your typical Muni Course. Very affordable. Women's rental clubs leave a lot to be desired. Never heard of "Strata" brand clubs. My wife was not impressed.
Overall, a fun round.
NOTE - no driving range available, and a GPS will come in handy on a couple of holes with unusual layouts.

Great course for the price!!
Great public course!! No driving range, but course is fairly easy and fun!! Played in under 4 hours.
#17 is a LONG par 3, but doable.

A Very Pleasant Surprise
I arrived and expected a wait as I was a single. 15 minutes later I was out and on my way. The pro shop staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
The course was in excellent shape and the greens were with minimal blemishes.
The bathrooms on the course were closed and I think it was due to COVID measures. The threesome I played with were great and I will play this course again.
