Sea Scape Golf Links
About
Sea Scape Golf Links in Kitty Hawk, N.C. is one of the premier courses on the Outer Banks. The course has the feel of a traditional Scottish links layout thanks to the seaside location and landscape of windswept dunes. The golf course differs from a classic open links design because of the coastal forests that accent the terrain, which provides some shelter from the ocean breezes. The vibrant blue waters contrast beautifully with the dark green treetops. The most challenging feature of the golf course is the constant up and down. Golfers will face uneven lies as well as blind shots. Sea Scape Golf Links is relatively short at 6,131 yards from the back tees but it plays longer due to the variety of elevation changes, which range from subtle to dramatic.

The greens are in awesome shape & super fast too!
My father-n-law & I played this course on 5/25/13. Very challenging golf course that you will lose a lot of golf balls if you don't play target golf. Greens were super fast & nice. Great time & I will go back again.
Nice course , views of the ocean, well maintained
The course is a very nicely maintained course with great staff. It is a nice course for both a seasoned and novice golfer. We will definitely play this one again.
Nice course
We played at Sea Scape three days while on vacation in OBX. The course was in nice condition and the staff was responsive and courteous. We very much enjoyed the course! Buying through Golf Now was easy and the rates were very good.
A fun course.
Not a lot of courses on OBX ,this has been around for awhile. Some challenging holes but not many long ones. This not a flat cow pasture.A lot of smaill hills for above and beow feet lies.
beautiful early season day of golf. very very friendly afded to a great day.
Very nice early season conditions. Clean well maintained facilities and equipment. Great golf.com rate. +++ day.
Well maintained, challenging, links style course.
Course well maintained with clean on-course facilities. Staff are friendly and responsive. Good value for the money. If you like links style courses this is one to play. Difficult for a beginner, challenging for other levels of players.
Geeat layout
Winding track through marshes and dunes. Really fun, with a few holes that demand real precision and shot-shaping.
Great golf experience.
Course in excellent condition, greens putt very true, and staff are among the friendliest I have ever encountered. All adds up to outstanding golfing round.
A very fun course.
I have played this course twice now, and both times had a lot of fun. The course is challenging and really fun to play. Some of the holes are just beautiful to look at. I will be playing this course again in the future.
Nice layout, good rolling greens
Would play again for sure, nice shape, excellent value
Always been a favorite course to play at the OBX.
Six par threes will test your accuracy if not your distance. Most holes very picturesque. No driving range means you get to warm up on the #1 handicap first hole, par 5. Survive that long straight intro and you get to enjoy the OBX woods and Albemarle Sound.
Good Value during off season
Thought the course was in good condition for March. Not much you can do to have grass on the fairways in March in the outer banks. Very nice large clubhouse with EXCELLENT food. Restaurant/bar staff was very friendly. I have not played this course in the summer so I cannot comment on conditions then but greens were in good shape in March. Play was a little slow for the front 9 but picked up on the back. 3 par 5s on the front and 3 par 3s on the back.
Great layout and very playable.
Was early in the year, so course had not "greened up" yet. However, the greens and tee boxes were fine, bunkers were maintained, and course allowed 90 degrees with carts. Course is not overly difficult, but not as easy as the low rating and slope values would indicate. A nice course to play early on a vacation to tune-up for a golfing bash type of week, for example.
nice quiet layout and in good shape
very friendly staff. went off on time. pace of play was ok for a short course. have played in the past and have found the course to be in good shape each time.
Nice - Not Thrilling, but nice.
Remarkably an in-land course. It has some length, but there are nicer courses (Nags Head and Currituck) for the same cost, or just a bit more.
It was a fun round of golf on a nice golf course.
The course was a pleasant suprise. We have played all the courses on the Banks except for Sea Scape and we really enjoyed the course. It was in good shape for August and we will play it again on next years visit.
Fantastic golf on the OBX
Loved the course and it's pristine condition. The staff at the Pro Shop were friendly and attentive. We played 18 a found each hole presenting a unique challenge. We will return.
