Typical military base course

I have played Wrenwoods many times from 1990 until today. The course is typically in decent shape and laid out well other than the long trek out and back to the second 9. The greens were in pretty good shape yesterday, better than I have seen in awhile. Sometimes they can be kind of rough. The main complaints I have about Wrenwoods and sister course Redbank at the Naval Weapons Station is the price (there are several public courses in the area I'd rather play for what they charge here) and the pace of play. But overall it's a decent course and moderately challenging.

overpriced

overpriced for a course that is restricted to military, DoD and retirees. Golfnow has many courses for a better rate.
