Village Greens Golf & Country Club
About
Village Greens Golf Club sprawls across over 100 acres of what used to be farmland situated between Inman and Gramling. Remnants of the old farm can be seen throughout the course, including pear trees from the original orchard that line the 10th fairway. When the golf course was built in 1969, many new trees were planted but much care was taken so as not to obstruct the view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, providing nearly every hole with views that stretch from Glassy Mountain to Chimney Rock. The layout has a classic design that is playable for a wide range of skill levels. Sparkling lakes and ponds accent the landscape, coming into play on a few holes. Village Greens Golf Club's most memorable water hole is the course's signature sixth. This short par 3 features a semi-island green that is surrounded by water on two sides, along with three bunkers and out-of-bounds on the right.

Village Greens
Good, layout & variety of holes. Very good shape overall. Several Cart paths need to be replaced due totree roots. Cory is great to work with on tournaments!
Nice Course
Well groomed course with tricky greens. Course was full but still finished the round in 4 hrs. 30 minutes.
First time playing the course and I must say it’s a beautiful course. Will definitely be back to play again!
Poured down rain. Course wouldn’t give a rain check or a later tee time. Play there 5-10x a month..
Good
Bermuda greens. Fairly fast greens.
18 needs to be re-designed. But good course.
Great value for the money! Great BBQ!!!! Staff is awesome
Best course in the area
Greens in great condition fairways excellent condition sand traps taking care of all around great course
Great Course
First time on the course as I recently moved to the area, and my partner and I loved the course. Its in great shape and greens were very fun. Many doglegs requiring solid irons off the tee, but we enjoyed our day and will be back soon.
Great experience
Played Village Greens on A Sunday morning. Paired us up with 2 other players. found the course to be in terrific shape. Only 1 green with winter burnout. Greens had been aerated 2 weeks prior but they were coming back nicely. Staff was friendly and accommodating.Wish they had a beverage cart out on the course even though it was early there was a fair amount of activity. Will definitely consider joining as a member in 2019.
Fun!
When in the area this course is one of my favorites to play.
Great timr
First time here, definitely not the last. Excellent layout, course in very good shape. Greens aerated 2 weeks ago, but didn’t adversely affect putting. Really enjoyed it will be back
Nice Greens
The greens were nice, fairways were nice, the ball rolled pretty well on the greens even though they had The little dimples in them.
Great Shape
The entire course was in great shape/ Greens were airified but still rolled well.
Always a good play.
Love this course! Just wish it was closer to me. I come from Hendersonville as often as I can. Thanks for the good time!!
Nice design
The course is in great shape. Very green. Greens roll true. Nice course to walk.
Revisit to Village Greens
I revisited Village Greens in Gramling, SC on Tuesday, May 8th. It was a beautiful day and our golf experience at Village Greens was memorable. The course was in great shape. The amenities were first rate and everyone at the course was very friendly. The new clubhouse is really nice. I drove about 65 miles one way to play and I will be back again.
Great course!
1st time at Village Greens. Awesome layout, greens in great shape, fairways good for early May ( will be really nice come warm weather). We will be back. My son and I were first off the box 8 AM start. Drove one hour to play here. Friendly staff. Bring a full set of clubs... you may use them all!
Thank you for leaving us five stars!
