About
The Preserve at Verdae sprawls across a lush landscape of rolling hills and meadows covered with beautiful Carolina forests. Formerly known as Verdae Greens, the golf course was completely revamped but one of the primary goals of the renovation was to find harmony between golf and nature. The carefully reworked course does just that, blending seamlessly into its scenic surroundings. Rambling brooks wander across the layout and provide water hazards on a few holes. The wind is also a major factor on this golf course. The breezes can be either light and refreshing or strong and blustery, making proper club selection even more important. The most photographed hole on the golf course is the par-3 second. If you're lucky enough to come when the azaleas are blooming, this hole offers a breathtaking setting.

Over 5 hours tp play greens SLOW no water on course no snack shack
Solid option
Course in very good condition. Greens great right now. Need to know which clubs and/or lines to play from many tees, so a course guide is needed if never played before. I had played many times years ago and had forgotten. Very good value for 18 holes on this course and cart for $45 in the morning.
Challanging and enjoyable
It was a beautiful day i played with a gyy from CA.passinf through and two
Young College lads who live in the arwa.
Not worth the money
Nice course just not worth 65$ when you can go 30 min down the road to Brookstone that has gps on the carts and same course conditions for half the price and even better customer service. I had 15 min before my tee time and asked the starter to go hit range balls before the time and he said we wouldnt make it back in time and then proceeded to try to tell us about the course for 10 min instead of letting us go ahead nice guy just coulda been more lenient since we caught up to the group in front of us anyways

Nice course with natural beauty
Nice natural course but very difficult especially the front nine. Back nine seemed way easier.
Nice course, decent greens
I’ll come back and play it again, tricky pins on Sunday. Lots of slope on the greens. Tee boxes could use a little TLC.
One horribly placed tee box on 7. Watch out for the group behind. One of our guys got beaned, he wasn’t happy.
Great play
Great play for a hot deal. It's early spring and the course is rounding into shape. There are some repairs being done to the cart path and a few places with ground under repair. Overall it was a very good experience.
Solid course
Very good course for the area and price. I got my second hole-in-one on the 11th hole so I might be biased.
Undetermined
Unfortunately I was not able to finish the round of golf, I injured my back on the 4th hole and had to quit. Didn’t know if I could get a rain check so I left the facility.

Great time and good value
Always enjoy playing at the course. Good conditions for time of the year and the greens are always in excellent shape. Course is not easy but I enjoy the layout and the different tees provide players of different levels to play.
The staff. (Paul, Nancy and Keith). Are always friendly and welcoming.
