Great course
Nice layout. Very consistent from tee to green all eighteen holes.
Storm damage affected the game
The course had been hit by a severe storm. The entire 18 holes were not playable. It will take them some time to return the course to its former self. Plan accordingly.
Course in coming in.
Course is in good condition, greens rolling well. Always a good time.

Slow play
Nice course. Ladies barhroom toilet out on thecourse s terrible. Seat is sooooo old and scratchy. Toilet does not flush. Needs work. Slow play due to 6 some ahead of us. Should not have that large of group going off together. No ranger. Would come back. Snack bar nice.
Newberry is looking good.
Other than the wind, it was great day. Course is coming in good. Pace of play was excellent.
Course Still Winter Dormant
We enjoyed our round as the course was virtually empty even though the weather was beautiful.
Unsurprisingly the course is still suffering from winter with all the grass dormant. That said, there are many areas that were just dirt and a lot of weeds as soon as you got into the rough.
If you're looking for a well maintained course this one is not for you until mid-summer. But it's a decent course and the price is OK.
Soggy Day in London Town
We've had so much rain lately - the course was soggy. Tough to play some holes due to water & mud.
Wet
We had a lot of rain the night before that was unexpected so the course was pretty soggy however it still played fairly well. Always love this course and especially for the price you can’t beat it.
Even though Course was extremely wet it was very playable. Loved the track.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I’m looking forward to my next round there
Sloppy day on the course
There's been so much rain in the region lately - the course didn't have time to dry out. Nothing rolled - every shot stopped dead.
Terrific Layout
Never played course before, tried it on a wet and chilly day. Easy check in, played as a single and enjoyed a track close to 100-years old. You can tell this course has challenged many a golfer and I was not alone. All interesting holes and greens rolled true despite wet weather. A definite place to play if you are traveling through the Midlands or for locals looking for a different place to play in and around Columbia :)
A fun course to play.
Course is in good shape overall. Greens roll well. A few bunker need a little work. Not being a long hitter, some of the holes can be a little long for me but that's ok, that's the fun of the game. A good value.
Good course, good time, good value.
Had the run of the course on a football Saturday. Course in very good shape. A challenging course on a windy day. As other reviews noted, the cart paths need work but not a big deal for me. I certainly will go back to play and recommend this course to others.
