This course needs lots of help. The course layout is great and fun. You can score on the back 9. Front 9 has 3 par 5's and 2 of them are back to back holes. 4th hole has the green in the middle of the fairway b/c the normal green is gone. The "fairway green" is just that a flag stick in the fairway, the grass hasn't been cut down at all so you can' putt. Back 9 is in better shape than front. Last several greens are in good shape. However the fairway on 15 is the worst fairway I have ever seen. So much sand it's hard to find a white ball.

Hopefully they find a way to get some money into this course b/c it can be good.

Worse course I've ever played. An absolute dump. You'd have a better experience finding a cow pasture.

It’s a crazy layout and is a difficult course to play well on. The more you play here you’ll see a drastic improvement in score.

Indian River has a very scenic layout. The bunkers are plentiful and well maintained. There were a few tee boxes that need a little TLC because of the hard pan. Several greens have crabgrass growing on them which makes it impossible to get a good roll on a putt. Overall, the greens were fast and challenging. The cart attendant was always making sure we had what we needed to drink. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a great round.

Has potential but needs a grounds crew and some TLC.

The course wasn’t in great shape. Very sandy and greens were bad. One of the greens was just green spray paint in the fairway. Wouldn’t recommend, but it’s cheap to play so I guess you get what you pay for.

I’ve played this course a few times before today and each time I’ve played it I said I wasn’t returning. Aesthetically it’s not very pleasing. The greens were horrible and #4 was a temporary green. I had to rush a few of my shots in order to dodge the fairway sprinklers on a couple of holes. I really didn’t feel very welcome at check in. The grounds crew were the most friendliest especially the pretty young lady driving the mower. She smiled and waved hello. Plus, I was told if I wanted an individual cart do to COVID-19 it would be a $10 charge.

Course is looking better. Greens have improved since a month ago.

This course has had some green and fairway issues. The greens are bare and #15 par 5 fairway is like a long sand field. They are working on the greens but looks like it's a year away. No fluids and no drink cart.

While I like the layout of this course and have played a number of times this will likely be my last. The greens were terrible and a number of the fairways had very little grass. The course was hard and generally very poorly maintained. With the water they have surrounding the course it would seem that they could do a much better job. Though the cost is lower than some other courses around it is really not worth playing.

Only course l have played that doesn’t seem to have the expertise to have decent greens. Improvement on many greens has been completed. (No sand traps) on the greens but they still need a lot of tender loving care.

The course is challenging but the greens could use some work they are in bad shape.
