First impressions
The staff was super friendly and great! Course conditions very good overall, but the tee boxes were very long grass and some greens are a little beat up. Fairways are great. Unfortunately no range here, but has nets to warm up. Far from the worst I've played, and will come back for the price

Diamond in the Rough
Played this gem over the past few years, since going into new ownership, the improvements have been significant! Kudos to the Maintenance Supervisor! The course was not only fun to play, and in great condition, the staff was extremely friendly, and the rate was exceptional! If you have not played here lately, you will not be disappointed!
Good Course, Slow Play
Returned to Whispering Wood after playing the course several weeks ago and enjoying it. Not the same experience due to the extremely slow pace of play. My group had to wait to hit at all but one tee box, sometimes for quite a while. A course Marshall came by at the 7th hole and said the pace was going to speed up, but it never did. Hot day and coupled with lots of waiting means a not-as-enjoyable round.
Whispering Pines
Great value and staff was exceptional helpful. Walked on Saturday morning at 7:30 and done in 3 1/2 hours. Greens and fairways in great shape under new management team.
