Great Course, Great View, Great Staff
This is an outstanding course and the staff is accommodating. The views are awesome. Nice course for any golfer.
Great
Dandridge golf coarse has been and still is one of the best. The overall value can't be beat. 27 holes new carts and cart paths. Conditions are great for December.
A dinky course
Drove an hour and a half to get to this based on great reviews. Had some lovely scenery but most holes even from back tees were very short. The greens were average. A great course for senior citizens but not too interesting or challenging for low handicap golfers. Left disappointed.

Disappointed
First, this round was offered on a day that there was a large tournament going on at the course. Like when when greens have just been aerated, a Schedule tournament should be revealed before the booking process is completed I drove close to an hour to get to this course. There are three 9 hole layouts to this course. White course, blue and red course. The starter sent me out on the white course. When I made the turn the starter said I had to replay the white course again because of the tournament. So I did not get to see what is considered the nicer parts of the course.

Conditions
Even after a large amount of rain the previous 2 days, the course was in really good shape and drained well.
