For the average golfer/beginner. Anyone wanting to have a good time.
Dandridge golf course is a great course for the average golfer. If you are below a ten handicap this course isn't going to be a challenge for you, but if you are a beginner or a weekend warrior you will love the open layout. This course is short. If you can hit it 280+ you can easily approach every par four and put yourself in good shape for par or birdie. IMO, blue is the easiest nine, followed by white, then red. Through golf now during the week the value is incredible. Friendly staff, laid back, course is in great shape considering the lack of rain. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good time and experience. You don't have it hit it straight every shot. This course should keep you coming back!
Good Course, Great Value
Nice layout, especially the Red course
Excellent Golf Experience
Staff got us out earlier than out tee time, course was not crowded but had lot of play, Tees, fairways and greens were in great shape. Had great day of golf with grandson. Definitely recommend this course to anyone in the area looking for a place to play. Only drawback is lack of driving range.
Awesome course!
Picked this course from Golf Now selection.
It had great reviews and didn't disappoint when I got there.
The course has 3 nines, and I was fortunate enough to meet up
with 3 regulars that asked me into their group.
We had a blast, and the weather was great! The staff was
super-friendly and appreciative of the business.
One of the best courses for the money I've played.
Thanks again!
Good test of golf
White course very challenging, red somewhat easier. Course in good condition, some dead spots. Greens were very hard, fast, and very difficult to read. Overall, very good course.
Great course
Golf course is in excellent shape. Three different nines to choose from. All good courses.
Course is nice
We played the red and blue courses. There is water on the blue course which is what we enjoy. The course had been aerated recently but was not as rough as what we have experienced at other courses before. The greens were extremely fast. It has been very dry the last week so they will probably loosen up in the next couple of weeks.
Good Course
Great course for winter conditions,
East Tennessee at its best
Hilly, fairly open course. Fast greens made for tricky putting. Great value for your money.
Beautiful
This course is beautiful and 27 holes to boot ! Scenery is gorgeous as well as the homes ! I would love to play this course everyday if I could !
Long Slow Day
Great course. It was in good shape when I played. Grass on the fairways, tee boxes and greens. Way too many couples who were not paired up. Made for a long, long nine. I paid for 18, but did not stay for back nine. Had some real poor golfers in front of me that refused to allow me to play through, so I waited at least ten minutes between each shot following them. Extremely frustrating.
Open with 6 par 3s and 6 par 5s
Played White and Red nines. Great course for casual golfer
Dandridge Labor Day outing with family
A little overbooked but understandable with the Labor Day holiday. Had a great time with family. Very impressed with the consistancy of the greens. Food was great. Recommended!
27 holes is a plus
I have played this course occasionally... They seem to often overbook on the weekends... Leads to frustration and long days.....
Other than that I think it is a fair test for all skill levels and has great mountain views and normally fast true greens.....particularly liked the white to blue combo.....red not so much....
Good value and great views of the Great Smoky Mountains
This Club has 27 holes. I played the white and blue course. This is a wonderful course for the occational golfer like myself or the low handicap player. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
great day
had agood relaxing day of golf: greens were alittle rough from recent airarating but fairways were good and rough was challenging.
Good as always
Course was in good condition and it was a perfect Saturday fall like morning in August.
Short but Tricky!
This course will not get you with length but it takes local knowledge to get around it and score well. Fun course but the rough is deep! Will definitely play here again when I travel back into the area.
First off
Actually second off. Had a senior league event to play ahead of. They were a slow 4 groups that made all behind them slow.
Mountain course. Nice challenge as an unknown. Played from blues. Hit driver twice.
Early morning, damp course. My cart was old, battered and poor w regard to brakes. Took 3 holes to make sure I did not go fast. Braking very needed. Mine stunk
Fairway
The grass needed cut around the fairway. Your ball was hard to find if it go off the fairway. Other that that it was great.
