About
Situated at the base of the Conejo Mountain, Camarillo Springs Golf Course was carefully carved from the mountain's towering rock formations but it gets its name from the scenic water features that can be found throughout. Naturally, water is the primary challenge on this course, coming into play on eleven holes. There are also long par 3s that will require a sharp iron game. The course offers a fair test of your skills but the elevation changes are modest and the player-friendly fairways are wide and forgiving, which make the course more accessible to beginners. The golf course has a memorable start with a par-4 second hole, which is a tricky dogleg left from an elevated tee that features one of the best views on the course. The consistently good course conditions and the affordable rates have garnered Camarillo Springs a strong following among local golfers.

Nice but could use a refresh
A nice course with friendly staff, but the entire facility could use a face-lift and refresh. The driving range had no balls available (we had to fish them out ourselves!) and there were a lot of brown patches in the fairways. The pro shop was a bit old, and it looked like the kitchen was set up outside.
Nevertheless, the course was challenging enough for most people, and it wasn't packed for a Sunday (which helped with pace of play). Flat enough where you can walk it instead of riding.

Good deal with teeoff
Course in ok condition but tough around the edges many bare spots
Was pretty warm out there yesterday in the afternoon
Great views from holes 2-6
A little better maintenance and water and this course could be nice

Returned after one year
The fairways need watering and pace of play was slow. Greens were in good condition. Liked that there were food options available.

Great course to stretch out
Greens are in great shape! Course is a little scruffy unlike a few months ago with constant rain...but who cares? Still a great place to practice and stretch out from the back tees.
