Friday at Egwani Farms
Greens were fast today as with Bermuda they didn’t look fast. Bunkers some of the best in Knoxville Area including Country Clubs. Teeing areas on some holes had us teeing in a waist land but in front or back there was plenty of grass. Greenskeeper hadn’t moved the tees in some time. The rain did the fairways a favor. Grass was abundant and mowed perfectly. Now for 1*, pin placements were ridiculous. Cups cut on side hill lies and when possible placed on every outlier of the greens. Perfect day to play on a perfect course.

Groundskeeping
The attention to detail on this course is amazing. They could host a masterclass on how to maintain a green. Layout is great, chipping green had a bunker, scenery was beautiful. The only thing they could’ve done to make the experience better, upgrade the refreshments/add a little more chill and have a beer space, and hire a cart girl. But, everything was so nice, I didn’t even realize there wasn’t a cart girl until I’d left lol.

Always getting paired with slow non golfers
If I wanted to play in a 4 some I’d invite others to play. I always get paired with people that have just started playing or just can’t play. This is not a course for beginners. Other than being difficult, it’s usually so busy that you have several groups waiting behind you and your cart is telling you how far behind you are. All because of being paired with people who can’t play. Ruining my game and experience every time. I tried playing the course twice this week and didn’t finish 9 holes either time. 18 holes would take 6 hours in the middle of the week.

Course is in great shape. Played at 6pm and by far my favorite time to play a course as long as pace is fine you can finish 18.
