Getting everything right.
Egwani Farms Golf Club is always a pleasure to play. For starters your green fee includes a small bucket of balls to warm up with on the range. The carts are well maintained and have the built in GPS that gives you distance. tee times are usually right on time and they do a great job of matching you up if you are a single or two players. The greens, fairways and bunkers are well maintained. The layout is excellent and will have you using most of the clubs in your bag. Bring a few extra balls because water can come into play on most of the holes.. Egwani Farms golf course should be on your hit list if you are in the area of Knoxville, TN. GO VOLS!

Rain doesn’t keep you away.
The rain slowed down play today but wouldn’t stop anyone from enjoying the course. Most courses I’ve been to, everyone packs it up and heads home when the rain comes. But this course still plays great in the rain and everyone stays on the course. I’ll be back again.

1st Cut - off Fairway and DELAYS
* First cut off Fairways we're extremely thick. Haven't lost 3 balls in many months. It seemed 2-3 inches deep at least.
Mondays
1. Great rates but ..
2. Tournament demand throws too many clients into facility.
3. Tournaments on Mondays consume the morning to 2p with overload.
4. All that said was SLOW (10-15 min waits) the balance of the day.
5. As a single - I was invited to play thru two groups and the third on the back 9 declined because they said " They were going nowhere?"
As a patience senior that shoots 80s I chilled. I would not play Monday tournament days again. I booked as a single on Golfnow.

Don’t Skip The Practice Green
Today’s course played great! The greens played try but much faster than other courses in the area. Don’t neglect the practice green during your warmup as it will save you strokes during your round.
The course is very challenging from the Gold tips and really forces your iron play for longer hitters. The Cart GPS numbers are accurate and helped me shave off a few strokes by being able to touch the screen to calculate distances to certain hazards.
Just an overall great time today as the group we were paired up with was fun to play with. Assorted skill levels can ply this course well. Just play from the correct tee box for your skill so you can avoid some of the water hazards.
