Slow play
The round would have taken over 5 hours. I quit after 15 because there were 3 foursomes in front that were slower than mud and I had allotted only 4.5 hours for golf The course has computer tracking carts and no ranger. They knew we were slow and no one made an effort to find out who was slowing the entire course. I love this course but this round left a bad taste in my mouth. Please make an effort to control slow play. .

Greens had just been aerated, but otherwise course was in great shape.

A very well designed and challenging course.
However, our cart broke down at the turn, which I tried to call the clubhouse at least 3 times with no answer, so we just walked off....kinda disappointing !! So, we didn't get to finish, but I have played here many times without any issues? Maybe , they were taking a dump or something? ANSWER YOUR PHONE FELLAS!!

Nice location and interesting layout.
The course was in beautiful shape and the staff was first class. Greeted at the car and the registration and start process is very good. The driving and practice area is good. Walkers during the week can slow the pace. Some really nice holes with just a couple that are unusual. I really like the 2 par 5s on the front and all of the par 3s are fun.

It’s Egwani Farms
Egwani is always a good choice from the small bucket of warmup balls included in your green fee, to the staff who are always friendly and professional. A nice practice range, chipping green with sand bunkers and putting green are all very conveniently located. The speed of the putting green is a reliable measure of the greens on the course. The crazy slope on #10 green and the crazy layout of the par 5 #11 are conversation subjects of players at Egwani.. The short tee shot and elevation change of the second shot over water make #11 a challenge unique to Egwani Farms. Reliably fast greens and a relatively open view of the course make Egwani somewhat unique to the area. The rough can be and usually is big trouble which makes keeping the ball in the short grass an important element of one’s game. In wet conditions the fairways on #12 & 13 can be very soggy. Pace of play can get slow if you are not in a foursome because the course is usually pretty full. Water can come into play on more than half the holes if you get out of the fairway so hit em straight and you will enjoy the challenge and beauty of this fine, well maintained, public course.

This course is truly remarkable. It’s hard, narrow, and you have to hit the ball straight or you’ll lose a lot of balls, but the course itself is super nice. Fun place to play and also has some gorgeous views along the way!
